Ordered a table on 4 working days delivery. No goods after 10 working days and no response to emails.

Update – Campstuff claim the courier could not find my house (everyone else does!) however their tracking number comes up with the response "carrier has not received your package yet" or "invalid tracking number". Perhaps if they had used DHL, as they said they would, they may have had more success.

Final update – collected the table which was a good product – good quality and price. But why don鈥檛 suppliers pay attention to communications? Less stress, more repeat business.

Item ordered 7 days ago NO REPLY to emails, when you phone the number for customer services, its in Danish not English, automated, then you get cut off.
Maybe good prices but comms are disgusting.
BEWARE you have been warned.
Confirmation email stated DHL to deliver, kept looking out for tracking number which never came.
Item arrived by Royal Mail !!! a week later.
Finally got a reply to emails the day the item arrived, not good.

Order placed on the 11th June,
Nil response, sent 6 Emails, and one phone call, when I was informed the item was on order. on the 29th received Email, stating item no longer available, would I like to select an alternative. No thank just refund money.
The other reviews must have been written by the staff.

Good price and quick delivery, excellent

The company was very helpful from first enquiry to delivery of my Bora Air High awning. I am just awaiting details of accessories and will be trying out our new awning when we go on holiday in two weeks time. Excellent service and good price.

Helpful re postage and good communication…however the Brunner melamine items looked as if they had been in stock for a long time with old labels and also marks on some of the plates and mugs. I ordered the complete boxed lunch set of plates and mugs and then 4 cereal bowls separately. My delivery was made up of individual pieces and did not include the brand new boxed lunch set that was advertised on your web site.
If I had enough time I would have returned the marked items and requested replacements or a partial refund.
The combined cost was a lot, so a bit disappointing.

The items arrived quicker than they advertised. There was a part of the order missing ( I think it probably fell out of the box in transit) but they replaced it in double quick time with absolutely no quibble.

We ordered two Isabella chairs and footrests which were cheaper than anywhere else in GB. Delivery costs only 拢4:50 and only took one week including a weekend. The footrests arrived one day, the box a little battered but the goods were fine and the chairs arrived the following day in pristine condition. DHL were listed as carriers, so I was a little surprised when they arrived via Royal Mail, perhaps the reason one box was battered!
Delighted with purchase and will certainly use Campstuff again.

But suprised they were based in Denmark, but they answered the phone, confirmed my order, which arrived 4 days later

Received my goods did take a bit for delivery though but didn't mind was not using the product until this weekend. Great product the Isabella front door canopy tried it last night on our van brilliant. The Isabella single cupboard as well brilliant easy to put up nice & sturdy easy to put down, plus all folds up into a bag.
