Deceptive charging
Camplify charges for 4 days yet only allows 3 days usage
They swipe your bond on any issue without allowing for guests to respond
Ie the sheets got dirty
Go figure that happens when camping
We booked a second van
They wouldn鈥檛 let my staff pick it up so we got charged $1500 for one for 3 days we had it $185 per day somehow they add fees to $1500 and the other $75 for 2 days but they charged $493 and we didn鈥檛 even get to use it
So for $2000 I could almost buy a camper
Good luck listing Camplify On the stock market but I think the ACCC should look into your business model
Done properly it would attract repeat users
I鈥檇 recommend to direct Facebook marketplace to hire a van

Still had to contact owner as there is no area in regards to handing our licences over (Privacy Policy) that I could find.
Owner helped out a lot.

I鈥檝e been with Camplify for just over 2 months & I鈥檓 not onto my second van, the system is great and the insurance is very cheap.
So far I鈥檝e made close to 10k with my first vehicle @thedream.vanlife on Instagram and look to add another 1-2 vans to my fleet!

I believe that charging/fee is calculated wrong way. It should be done same way as car hire is charged. For example if I pick the RV 10am on 01.January and return it 10 am on 5.January I am using it only four (4) days, but you charging fee for five days.

Everything has gone very smoothly but as yet have not taken our van away but we sre hoping the ride is just as smooth. The owners of the van have been so easy to deal with and ver accomodating.

Matt was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. He was generous with his time and use of his well stocked camper.
I felt very comfortable using Polar Bear and had a great four days away.
Matt was also very open to receiving my feedback. All in all, great value and easy to operate.

I don't like the changes that you have done that force me to pay for 3 days minimum when I only need 2 days. From 3 friends that usually use your services I am the only one that have kept doing it , it was too much for my friends that have a bigger family. When you pick up the van Friday afternoon and give it back Sunday morning it is not fair to pay for 3 days. Other competitors are not doing that.

Love the service this is providing us to be able to go to places without having to buy our own van.
Gave less stars for the following reasons:
Took a week for questions to be answered so that could be improved. Also not keen on the fact we get charged a day rate rather than a per night rate as you normally do when you hire a car or book accommodation. So you end up paying for an extra day rental, an extra day insurance, and an extra day booking fees.
Looking forward to our trip. Our hirer has been extremely helpful.
