I ordered a Yeti cup, lid and 2 camo handles and never received any of the items. I called numerous times! I was first told it was on back order, then they claimed they were shut down due to the storm, then every time I called after that I was told it was being shipped out priority and I would have it in a couple days! I have emails also where I contacted them and they still say "it's on the way"! I have printed out my receipt showing it was paid and My "order was sent" also!

It has been over a year.. I never received my order and when I emailed they said I would receive a gift cert in my email. That never happened.
They were Christmas presents that never happened!!
As I am reading all these other posts! I am not the only one!!
That sucks there are people out there scaming us!!

It has been over a year since I ordered $229 worth of merchandise from this FAKE company. I have called, emailed, etc to no avail. Their site has been taken down and even when I did call it was so obvious the call center was overseas which is not uncommon. However the line was grainy, crackly, person on the phone spoke very little English. I could hear a lot of other conversations going on in the background. The language sounded like Chinese. In any event, all these reviews obviously happened after your experience and it seems that orders happened between Oct-Dec. The company was probably a pop up shop and now they are gone. I dont think the US has a jurisdiction on this company so we are SOL. Thats just my opinion at this point. I have gone through the stages of grief. We were scammed. Shame on Them! Lets just be more careful next time. Reading all your reviews was actually very helpful. Thank you all for sharing. Lets continue to look out for each other through these types of channels. Ordered in December 2016 and followed up several times with no reply on my tumbler. I was aware that yeti was struggling to keep up with supplying their vendors due to high demands, so I didn't think anything of it. I was apparently too patient and by the time I disputed my charges for merchandise I didn't receive, I couldn't get my money back through my bank. I should have recognized sooner that they charged my card prior to shipping my order, which I do not believe is good business practice. Fortunately I didn't lose much, but wrong is wrong and it's upsetting to see how many people had similar experiences.

Ordered 30 oz Yeti Rambler Cup Hot Pink Order #93735 on 12/23/2016, deducted from bank account 12/25/2016; never received order, now I know why, always checking account for additional charges, none as of 8/21/2017. I have copy of order printout.

I am in the same boat as all the other reviewers! Ordered in November and have not received the Yeti cups. Wish I would have checked here first! I would like to know who can go after these people so no one else gets ripped off.

Ordered tumblers coozies and lids in 2016 and never saw them, got a lid and nothing else. Order was switched from being reviewed to being filled and prepared for shipment but never came, so disappointing, no one got their gifts…

Where is my tumbler you thieves?! Now all of my messages with these scammers on Facebook messenger are gone just like them!! Ordered a few things back in November and I guess I got kind of lucky as I got all but this one but this tumbler was to be a Christmas gift and then due to the delay a birthday gift and now apparently no gift cause these thieves took my money and won't send me what I bought!!! Bunch of crooks I hope karma gets all of you!!!!

Yup! I ordered 3 times from them. The 1st order of Yeti went through smoothly. The 2nd and 3rd order of Yetis were never received. Through numerous calls and emails I never got any satisfaction I kept thinking surely they'll make this right. NOPE!
Scammers stole about $200 from me.

They charged my account for a YETI in OCTOBER 2016 and after many emails – STILL DO NOT HAVE PRODUCT OR CREDIT. SCAMMERS!!!

I ordered 2 cups back in December and still have not received my order. Now the number is disconnected and website is down. I seen a new company called Outdoors outlet and when I clicked on it, low and behold in small print it says ' message from outdoors online ' so I screen shotted it and sent them a message and informed them I know this is the same company and I would be reporting it to BBB. Do Not order from Outdoors outlet. Same company. There is another one called outdoor outlet, it is not the same company. I have left them a message letting them know a scam is using their name only adding an S to outdoor. Just wanted to let ya'll know. I have pic of it and it is the same company, they just changed names and numbers!!! Be warned .

I ordered $156.00 worth of stuff in September and I have not received one item. And they will not answer a phone and said in there email they will not refund my money.

I ordered three Yeti cups in November of 2016. It's now May 2017 and still NOTHING!!! I've emailed several times. Was told they were being shipped. Still Nothing!!! But they had no problem taking my money. Do not buy from them.

These people are the biggest rip off cons. In December I placed and order for 3 Yeti cups along with extra straws, and straw cleaners. They took my $149 plus money and have never delivered a single item. Do not buy from them you will be sorry.

I ordered two YETI cups last October of 2016 and never received them. They debited my account the same day of the order. I have emailed, called, and every time I'm told they will be shipped right away, and still no sign of my cups coming in the mail! I'm so upset. Scammed!!

On 12/21/16 i ordered two yeti cups and handles and have called at least 20 times to be put on hold and hung up on and finally was on a chat box from someone from their company said my cups where on the way a. well 4 months later they have not arrived THIS SITE IS A SCAM. I have filled a complaint with my CC.. They have disconnected the phone number i have on file.
