I can't recommend that company at all. We hired a vehicle from Camperman in Cairns and drove down to Sydney. The issues started already before we get the car, because they had an delay for about an hour straight away. On the way we had a lot more issues. The fuel indicator didn't worked properly, so we had to stop and fuel up every 200km. The steering was fading pretty hard so we had to go to an workshop to get it fixed. The window on the passenger side fall out of the rails so it had to stay closed (that happened on the 3rd day). The gas on the left cooking spot went of all the time, so just the right side was usable. In the 2nd night it was raining pretty hard and on the next day everything was wet inside. The sealing from a roof window fall off. The net for the mosquito protection had big cuts, I fixed it with some duc-tape. Basically all windows around the car went open due driving and you could easily open them from the outside. There was a cap on the driver side between the door and the fuselage, you could see the street trough it and the wind was constantly blowing in while driving. So that was just the biggest issues which I get in mind while writing this. The service we received wasn't good at all. To be honest it was the complete opposite of that. We phoned with camperman several times due to this issues and nothing happened. They send us to different workshops where we lost 1 and a half days of our vacation, so they may fix the problems or change the car. Naither happend. The only thing which was done was changing the front wheels so at least the problem with the steering was gone. The different mechanics said that they can't fix the problems it would take at least 3 days + some more to get all the spare parts. Later on the women on the phone from camperman said it's our own fault, they offered us to fix it, but we denied. Also they promised us a refund for the lost days, we just should write a e-mail to them, but we never got an answer. About 10 days later they said, yh we just started to work on that e-mail. Still received nothing till today.
I nearly forgot, the last 3 days the engine control light showed up and the car wasn't running on full throttle anymore. Bigger hills we barely came up. We told that camperman straight when it showed up the first time and they told us it would be fine as long as the temperature doesn't go up. We asked to get that confirmed by e-mail, and guess what. Still no answer.

I definitely don't hire anything from this company anymore and I just can recommend you to think twice if you want to.

Update: after a few days and this review on Google, we finally received an answer. In the email they sent us was a contract with a refund of the money we agreed earlier on the phone. In this contract was written that we are not allowed to tell anyone about issues we had. Not on paper and not online, just give good reviews and cancel the bad once.

We disagreed on that contract so you all can see how they get theyer stars up.
