This company is not easy to deal with. I ordered a Penguin II 15K AC unit for my RV on 9/18/2020. It stated on the web page that it on back order and should ship within 6 – 8 weeks. I was charged the full amount that day for the AC Unit as well as Taxes and Shipping. Common practice as most companies get paid up front for orders. This was understandable as the shut down due to the virus, but as of 12/21/2020 I sent an email to them wanting an update. (note you can't contact them by phone as it is a recording and has no voice mail either) I was sent a response that the manufacture had everything on back order and they would let me know what if anything changed. I then requested a full refund for my order as I have found the same item at another company that had stock. Absolute silence, not a word from them so I sent the request again and they responded with we need your order number. I sent back the information and have heard nothing back as of 01/12/2021. This is very poor customer service and I urge everyone to think about dealing with a company you can't call and will not contact you back.

I ordered an awning, complete with arms March 12,2020. This was at the beginning of the pandemic, so shipping was delayed. In May, I received one package containing the awning and roller tube, but no arms. I asked the driver about a second package, and he said there was only one, then drove away without giving me any paperwork. October 20. CPW claims to have a receipt that shows I got the order, but I still have no arms. I have emailed them numerous times with little or no response. I contested this through my credit card company, who accepted their receipt as proof that I received everything. It was signed by a number, written in by the trucking company. I did not sign it. CPW has completely ignored my last communication. DON'T GO NEAR THESE GUYS OR THEIR SISTER R/V Parts Country. The are one and the same, using two sites to try to steal your money twice.

They sell items they can't deliver in a timely fashion and then charge you 6% when you cancel. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY CLAIM, "THAT'S OUR POLICY"

stay away from this seller. i got ripped off. i bought a fantastic fan cost me 322.00. never recieved. and cant reach them by phone. i have asked them for a tracking number by e-mail. but never got a reply. i asked for my money back, they finally e-mailed me stating they refunded my money back, but they never did,,BEWARE PEOPLE.

Sold parts not made anymore. They sold me parts the were from a factory shut down 2 weeks prior to my order. After 3 and one half months I cannot get my money back. No functioning phone number, non responsive messaging system. Ordered from Camper Parts World, invoice for sale was from RV Parts Country. Same owners, same fraudulent company.

I ordered a r-dome screen room on May 31, 2020 and I am still waiting for at least a tracking number. They keep sending me a response to my messages that says "We appreciate your patience as we are processing your ticket request. Please note that we are experiencing extremely high volume currently which is causing us to be a bit delayed in response. We appreciate your patience and hope you have a great day!" and no response on why the delay. I have opted to request a refund of my money. Will see if I get a refund.

I ordered 215.00$, worth of string lights from there. I never received a tracking number, I've tried contacting them atleast 10 times and all they say is be patient, and now they don't even respond. That's been 2 months ago and no product yet or tracking number. So don't spend your hard earned money here

3/2020 I ordered an AC unit for RV from camper parts world. they shipped gas only when we ordered a electric/gas. I have left emails phone calls messages to return the wrong part. the phone call goes to disconnect when you try to call it. I was blessed to come across an RV supplier/Routley's that was willing to buy the wrong part from me. I will never purchase from Camper Parys World ever again.

Orderd and was charged for an AC unit over seven weeks ago. It still hasnt arrived. I've requested several updates and always get a generic response of "we've contacted the manufacturer and will update you within 24 hours" from a guy named Richard S. Several same responses, but no updates. Last week i got a response from Stephanie telling me I can request a refund (after I called them inept and wanted a discount). I need my unit and only asking for updates. Cancelling this only extends my need. I'm stuck! But rest assured after I get my AC, I'll NEVER us them again.

Bad company . Zero customer service . . You try and contact them via phone and there is no way of talking to someone. Ordered a couple fans and did not receive them. Nor did I receive any info on their where abouts. Tried emailing them and they do not contact you back. Don't bother with these people.

I'd give it a ZERO if it were available.
Price was great but it didn't fit.
No phone number to call and the email address link didn't work. No way to contact them if you have a problem.

I have repeatedly requested a full refund for a backordered item. I cannot get confirmation that the refund has been processed and a timeframe for the refund to my credit card.
I am VERY displeased. There is no way to contact this company by phone – no one answers the call and a message says go to our website. The web forms works to accept messages but no one responds to the specifics of my request.

Also, when Camper Parts World accepted my order and used my credit card for payment, I was NOT informed that the fan I ordered was a backordered item. I understand the pandemic world we're in and I don't expect that they would have every item. But they must respond to requests for refunds when they can't deliver a product.

I am beginning to think I am being scammed.
Camper Parts World, please respond with the full information about my refund.

Ordered a rv toilet and also paid for insurance It arrived untapped , upside down and broken. Things happen right?
Contacted customer service through email , note they have NO VOICE PHONE !! I was instructed to contact returns and so I did. I provided pictures of the damage and was told I would get a replacement sent. It's been a week and no shipment has been sent and NO ONE will respond to my emails. No voice phone available and I have reached out to sales , customer service , returns and also tried the owner. They will not respond at all. No refund no replacement. I just got ROBBED FOR over 168 dollars. Shipping insurance is useless if the company is thieves.

BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK !!! TOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

We bought a new camper air conditioner, paid over a hundred dollars for shipping and an extra $40 for it being residential-it came-doesn't work-can't talk to a person, only email, and then told because we installed it can't be returned-how do you know if it works if it is not installed-lousy to deal with-sent me a number a the general Coleman dealers to help find a someone in Colorado to do warranty work-number doesn't work! I did contact the credit card company-they are looking into it but who knows-almost $700 dollars-they get there money but we have a nonworking product with no help!

I order a $500 awning from them. 4 days later, after they withdrew the money, they told me it was discontinued and they did not have the item. Over a week after that I still do not have a refund and I cannot reach anyone in customer service. I escalated the case with PayPal, but that could take up to a month to resolve. I would give negative 5 stars if I could.

This company is impossible to deal with. You cannot get anyone on the phone and their "live" on line help is a joke. We ordered an item that was never received. When we disputed it with AMEX, these folks reached out and threatened us.

To date, we have never received the item and we are out $1010.

I was sent wrong part, tried for 3 weeks to return with no success. There customer service and return department is nonexistent. Save the aggravation and shop with someone else !

After sending wrong part to me I tried for 3 weeks to get return setup with them. I will sell part myself and eat the difference. I would not recommend to anyone. Save the aggravation and look elsewhere !!!

Received front door entry latch with inside deadbolt lock missing. Tried several times emailing camper parts to have them send missing part. No response except them emailing me a broken link to my case file. Will never order through them again. Extremely poor customer service!
