I was hesitant to order after seeing so many bad reviews about the delivery and customer services. In my case both of the pair of shoes came withing a week and were in perfect condition. Really great experience with the delivery (Royal Mail). The quality of shoes, as always, really good.

After reading all the bad reviews I was reluctant to place an order again even though I've never had
bad experiences with Camper. Anyway I placed two orders this month. On both occasions the goods were dispatched promptly and DHL sent me the delivery schedules and they arrived one week after placing the orders. Unfortunately I needed to return one, but the return procedure and refund were super smooth. So all in all very happy.

The shoes which were sent had feint scratches on them and creases around the lace holes on only one shoe which made me believe they had been a demonstration item. Camper have advised that these are not manufacturing faults! Poor show Camper Shoes!

1 star cause I can鈥檛 review 0. I bought a pair of shoes to collect in store, they never arrived and then we went into lockdown, for over a month now I鈥檝e been waiting for a refund, no reply to my emails, the only way to talk to them is trough a super expensive phone line and they keep saying I鈥檒l get my refund in the next 24h, it鈥檚 been a month, beyond a joke. Thank you for leaving me without present and without money to buy a new one. Customers beware!

I can only speak for my sole experience of ordering online, but I have been wearing Camper shoes and have known this company for years. Their shoes look great and true to the images on the website. The quality is amazing.

I ordered on the 29th of December and got my boots on the 8th of January – which is reasonable, considering how busy it was this period.

The boots (Walden) are brilliantly made and one can tell they will last for ages.

There will be no problem with the sizing if you actually bother to click on the sizing guide and spare two minutes to measure your foot. To give you an idea, I am usually a UK 5.5 and I found I needed a 39 (meaning 6) in Camper shoes.

I have no experience of contacting customer support, as everything went ok with my order.

The shoes sizes are not standard, and you will have to pay for returning them. Having typed to a person online, sadly they were not able to help as they were covering staff in warehouse so I called the helpline. I asked about sizes , and was told to order a size larger? as the size can be inbetween. I explained that I was a standard 39 and the show were more like a 41 and way too large. Such a shame that am not able to confidently buy a pair of shoes from Camper online. They need to have a standard sizing in operation and managed properly.

I ordered some shoes that did not arrive from Camper's website. I raised with their customer service team and had to chase to get a response. When they replied after two weeks, they told me that the delivery company had marked the item as delivered. I guess that fixes everything! One month later they still do not want to help me, so I will be contesting the charge on my credit card.

I never write reviews but this time I am. Absolutely terrible customer service. I spoke to them 6 times over 9 months to resolve the problem. Each Time they told me that they will email me with a resolution. Each time they just ignored me. I love their shoes, but they have lost a very good customer!

I have already posted my review about Camper.
I have decided to stay away from them because of the customer service. One of the worst.
I would invite all the people the had quality issues to go to the shop and return the items if they have the email from Camper Customer (un)support confirming the fault.
By doing so, you get the money immediately without spending money on shipping and waiting that these thieves refund you!
This is what I did.
I did find a great shopping assistant at the shop and she was very helpful.I am very surprised that Camper is still in business to be honest..so many faulty products and an awful customer (un)support.
People should stop to buy from them for a while. Maybe they need a change of management!
Definitely they don't deserve our money!

I ordered a pair of beetle shoe and it came faulty. Contacted the customer care via email regarding the issue but no response.
I sent a follow up email and even called , than I received a reply saying that Send more photos of the fault.
Once I sent the photos, got a reply that quality team will check and advice.
Customer care staff whom I did talk over the call was very rude and not professional.
He was very arrogant. When I asked him that I want to talk to the manager and he refused and said he is the only staff who works here.
When I asked for the contact details of the manager , his response was it鈥檚 a personal information. how it鈥檚 a personal information when someone wants to talk about the issue with the product .
Now I have received an email that I have to send the shoe back (if I am not happy) and pay the postage and need to wait for 6 weeks.
What a joke ….. seriously they want me to waste my time to do the postage by going to post office and then wait for 6 weeks.
I have asked several times to talk to a manager but no success.

This brand is not trustworthy at all.
Trying to reach them several times for a product exchange… They reply days after WITH THE SAME questions/instructions of the first email, proving that they really don't read the emails and don't care at all about their costumers. NEVER AGAIN.

A further update 15 October 2020….AND GUESS WHAT… after further phone calls to Customer Care when they assured me someone would call me…STILL NO RETURN CALL!!!! that was 8th & 10th Oct!!!!! I AM SO VERY SAD THAT THIS COMPANY THAT MY FAMILY & FRIENDS HAVE BEEN PURCHASING FROM FOR SEVERAL YEARS & WHO'S PRODUCTS I LOVE, DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE 🙁

Just to update – I have provided our email but 48 hours later – still awaiting a response. Have sent 2 messages to customer Services!!! Not impressed

Interesting to read how many long-standing Camper customers have recently been disappointed with this previously fab brand – me too.
Recently had an issue with shoe after wearing twice – customer service completely useless. 2-year warranty useless! So sad this company going down hill 馃槙

I bought a shoe in October 2019 in a store in Sevilla, Spain, while on vacation. I live in Portugal, and after trying on the shoe and wearing it a few times, my foot got VERY bruised. In other words: I bought a shoe that I couldn't wear (1 year ago!). I got in touch via phone and email several times, sent the purchase note and photos. Camper says it is not possible to return or exchange the product because there are no apparent defects. The "apparent defect" is the shoe hurting my foot so badly, being impossible to use. I'm still waiting for an answer since June 1st. Camper does not consider customer satisfaction, because they charge a high price for a shoe that they sell as comfortable. Not only is the shoe not comfortable, it is of poor quality. What matters is the money, and they don't care about the result after the purchase and the customer satisfaction. I DEFINITELY do NOT recommend it!

Follow-up from my post on September 3rd鈥擟amper wrote me back the next day (Sept. 4th) with: 鈥?Hello, we are sorry to hear that this happened. We will contact you shortly.鈥?鈥?I have still not heard from them. Someone ended up generating a return label in the web site for me, but did not let me know. I returned the shoes over two weeks ago and have not gotten any confirmation that they鈥檝e been received (so no return or exchange…) It鈥檚 now been MONTHS鈥?I have been trying to get this taken of since July.

Shoes arrived 2 weeks ago. Really nice but the left one had a big scrape on the leather. Filled in the return form and sent a picture. Got an email acknowledgement but then heard nothing. Have now rung them 3 times. Am still waiting to get an email so I can return the shoes. We are all so used to efficient online shopping now that Camper customer service seems really shocking. I have a pair of brand new shoes sitting in a box and I can't return them until someone says I can. It just doesn't work. Truly shocking and out of touch with how online businesses work.

So…I generally love Camper shoes very much, I had a few from earlier and all were good.
But now, I bought a couple of mounts ago a model called Formiga. Its sole is terrible. All the trash from the streets, little stones, glass, everything goes inside of the sole and it is very hard to remove it, so it is all the time full of trash. Really unbelievable. I can not believe it that someone made a shoe with such a terrible material for the sole. I can just say, don't buy this model!

I ordered a pair of sneakers in April. I decided to return them because of the color and had them in the mail within 2 weeks of receiving them (I kept my UPS receipt to prove it). I waited and waited for the refund and still have not received it. Because of Covid, I was giving them extra time, but now it is September and I still have not received a refund. When I call the number provided it goes to an automated message and immediately disconnects me. I've emailed them 3 times now. It's been a very disappointing experience. And these shoes are not cheap! I would like my $125 refunded.

Made an in-store return on august 15, received an email that the return had been accepted and processed and that I would be receiving payment in 3-5 business days. it's been almost a month and i have not been credited yet. I have called 5 times and every time i've been promised a follow up email which i have NEVER received. customer service is frankly useless and it's a pain to have to call again and again. when asked to speak to a manager, i was told that i could not… only upon further pressing i was told that if i were to call at 9am EST i would be able to reach a manager because customer service is located in spain and the entire US office is closed (?). i cant understand why the customer service cannot set appropriate expectations and frankly do not trust a word they say, which is why i've tried to escalate the matter (to no effect). very very disappointed and frustrated with how this has been handled. the representatives i have talked to have been unprofessional or rude. i love camper shoes but if it's this much of a pain to complete returns i will not be buying again, it's just not worth the hassle.

UPDATE: DESPITE CAMPER REQUESTING MY EMAIL STILL NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME.

I can honestly say this company is the single worst and lowest of the low when it comes to treating its customers with any kind of courtesy. Unbelievable to think this business has survived by doing what they do. I ordered a pair of ALL WHITE drift size 9 sneakers they came in the timeframe allotted, fine. When I open up the box, I can clearly see the rubber sole of the shoe is discoloured and is a pinkish colour, almost like the shoe had been washed.

So I called customer services and asked what I should do. I was advised I needed to raise a case with the QUALITY department. So I send an email with photos attached etc and I wait. 1 week no response. 2 week no response. So I call again.

In the meantime I am going on holiday and wanted this pair of shoes so I thought I don鈥檛 mind just ordering a second pair and sorting out the first later so I do that. THE SECOND PAIR WERE PINK TOO.

So AGAIN, I emailed the quality department requesting someone address this issue as I was informed I may not get a refund if they are they are genuinely faulty. AGAIN NO RESPONSE. 3 WEEKS WITHOUT THE MYSTERIOUS QUALITY DEPARTMENT EVEN BOTHERING TO SEND AN EMAIL.

Currently I have spent 拢150 on faulty shoes and have had no response for 3 weeks from anyone at Camper about how or when I will receive my refund for poor quality shoes.

I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS. EVER. But this is the single worst and most arduous encounter with any retailer I鈥檝e ever had. Poor from start to finish.

Rubbish customer service. Sent shoes in two different sizes. At least 25 calls made, at least 11 times been cut off. Asked to speak to a manager, not possible. Asked for a manager to call me, still waiting. Exasperated!

Camper has had the worst customer service in terms of communication and results. I ordered by shoes to a store and then it had to be rerouted to my home (due to COVID-19, understandable). I have waited for a whole other month to receive any update on the order. I have spoken to several people who tell me that I should receive an update but it never has come.

I understand shipping delays due to COVID but the lack of communication is disappointing.

If the issue was that it has been sent back to the warehouse due to the failed shipping attempts (to the store), it would be the right thing to do to at least communicate that to your customers.

I believe this issue is related to a failure in the company to respond to the conditions of the Pandemic. Here are some systems issues I've identified:
– Camper should have communicated with contracted courier to let them know not to continue attempting to ship to the stores given closure. (This would have saved both companies time and money.)
– clearly explain to customers on the front end that they are not able to make changes to the delivery (it must come from the Company). On the FedEx site it makes it seem like the changes I put in went through, but in talking to the associate, they said only Camper could authorize the changes.

Lastly- just want to say no blame goes on the workers I spoke with. Major issues with the customer service policies and logistics.

Never doing an online order here again
