I found a website that advertised pure blood German Shepard for $500 and free shipping with coupon. I contacted them and put a pup on hold. Had to send money Walmart to Walmart as they didn't have paypal. They sent a email from a "shipping" company saying they needed $975 for "mandatory "insurance according to the aviation commission. And they only way to pay is by money gram.
