Still waiting for my refund.
I had booked a camper for 3 nights in Belgium for April. Since our entire trip (flights, bicycle race) was cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I had to cancel the reservation and I was told in late march I would get the entire amount back minus a 25% service fee. Come mid-July, and I still haven't received my money back. The person supposed to rent me the camper van has disappeared, doesn't reply to e-mails or Whatsapp messages. Campanda has closed its phone customer support and their only replies to my mails are to keep trying to contact the person supposed to rent us the camper, and then that they will try themselves. Useless service, terrible communication and overall zero confidence in these clowns.

I've had 2 rentals with Campanda and both went horrible. Neither renter received invoices, rental agreements or roadside assistance information from the company. Both renters caused damage to the RV, the second one was substantial. The company also requires the RV owner to collect the damage deposit from the renter, instead of the company doing it and the company still collects their commission of 20%. Campanda is based in Europe and not the US. Reaching anybody is nearly impossible unless you blast them on Facebook. If you are an RV owner thinking of renting out your personal RV, don't use this company.
