Love campadre and their service. Only once I had an issue when my item did not arrive after a 1 month waiting and I had to contact them to find out that they did not receive the item yet. I think in this case it would have been nice if they could inform me about the delay and not me chasing them. However I did get my money back

Very lousy service, not customer minded at all. Very long delivery time (if they deliver at all)

Have tried twice to place an order on campadre, where they charge money from the account and then nothing happens until I contacted them a month after deadline for product delivery. The answer was a-la "ooops, very sorry, our supplier can't deliver, we will return your money". Ok, this is fine and they return money, but…
– they have kept my money for about 2 months
– they did not contacted me themselves regarding problems with supplier (I wonder if they would have done it all)
– have experienced this situation already twice, so begin to see a trend here
