Avoid this total scam! Ordered an item. After 2 days got a message that the parcel has been sent. But the Norway Post got only a notification of the consignment from them and the parcel was actually never sent. After 10 days from the order got contact by email to Campadre and they promised to refund. Now a week and two more emails after no refund has been made. Next contact to Mastercard…

It is so unfortunate that their online system is so often malfunctioning! It's unfortunate because their offers are sometimes good. I just now tried to purchase some hair products. I was proceeding with the payment, added my credit card details, and then nothing! An error page telling me that some field was wrong! Stupidly I tried again! the message this time in Swedish was "var god f枚rs枚k igen" in English "please, try again". I gave up and called my bank! Guess what! Because I did everything correctly from my side both payments were processed by my credit card provider and were reserved for Campadre.fi although Campadre.fi didn't confirm the transactions. In other words, now the two payments for goods I will never receive rely on Campadre.fi. I don't think that they will cheat me BUT the fact that my bank now requires that Campadre.fi contacts them in order to cancel the reserved payments is outrageous. I should not have tried again to place the order after the first inexplicable failure. So disappointing to waste my time and energy like this!
My conclusion: if an error page comes after you have proceeded with a purchase and entered your credit card details… don't be stubborn like me! Even if the online system of the seller advises you to "try again" just don't try again. You may end up paying multiple times for goods you would not receive.

I have waited my order over 2 months now and Campadre customer service can't answer my simple question: How much longer I have to wait? They have told me that they have no ability to perform partial deliveries, do to the fact that they don't have any procedures and either a system that supports that. And still I don't know when I'm getting my order.
The stuff is good but the customer service, the system or what ever they call it, it's really bad, one star for that.

I've been a client for many years, and every once in a while I've shopped quite a bit. However, now with the new law allowing netshops to make clients pay for returning items, and not only postage, I'm pretty dissapointed. Especially clothes and their sizes aren't always available, and the materials can also feel completely different than what you though. For instance I bough a leather bag and the leather felt really fake and smelled strong and awful, not natural at all, so I returned it. When I shop in normal shops I'm not obliged to pay for items I don't keep, so why would I now agree to pay for instance 15鈧?(postage 7,50鈧?+ return fee 7,50鈧? for a 30鈧?shirt that I DON'T KEEP!? INCREDIBLE! The law may approve of this, but I don't, so I log out of Campadre and return the day you change this rule in your shop. You're welcome to inform me of this when that happens.
