I had to do with their Polish distrubutor (namaste.pl). Their service and customer approach is amazing. Both times they were more than helpful replacing the gear that was purchased abroad allthough they could have as well redirected me to the retailer the merchandise was purchased from.
Moreover me and my friends use lots of their products: X-dream tools, M3 pack; Energy harnesses, Nanotech crampons, Orbit quickdraws, locking biners, TRicams, etc. All those products are really excellent and resonably priced. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
