Stay well away from these people selling on Amazon! Products are shabby! My friend ordered a bergen fro hiking-the side pockets simply fell off along with other components-whilst waiting for his-I ordered the same-it never came-said they'd dispatch direct from a warehouse-it still never arrived-then with no explanation-I get a refund! ALLmy time wasted onthis flimsy company. The state UK sellers but are located in RoI and their stock comes from Europe somewhere-STAY AWAY from this company-please.

I ordered a coat with these people through amazon, having checked the reviews on amazon which were sort of OK; generally saying quality OK but delivery glacial. Ordered on 30th January and it was marked as dispatched the same day, with a delivery date of 23rd Feb…presumably because they use pack horses to do the delivery? On 22nd Feb I had an email from amazon to say my payment had been refunded (which it has, unlike others) but with no other info or explanation. An email then came into amazon from these people but the system would not allow me to open it; after about five days it was removed from amazon's system completely. From other reviews I can now guess what it said. I contacted amazon about these messages and the fact that I was unable to access them but have had no response to date which is frustrating.
I got no coat but did get my money back which is something but the whole experience was appalling. I suspect these cowboys will be heading into the sunset before long (if not already) but until they do, should you be tempted by their prices, avoid like the plague and buy elsewhere.

I bought a fleece from this company over a month ago as a birthday present for a friend. The item never arrived. After several emails they finally responded by saying that the item was damaged and they would make an immediate full refund. However, it has been over a week now and I've yet to receive the full refund. I feel like I've been scammed. After reading the other reviews, I don't understand how this company is still allowed to function legally.

Stay away. Ordered a pair of hiking shoes on 2 February 2016. Received an email from Camo Outdoor saying they are a 'small family run business' and how sorry they were that the goods were returned to the warehouse – damaged in transit and that they would do an 'immediate full refund'. Nothing received. Sent various emails, via their website, 'My account' and PayPal. No response and no other means of contacting them. Opened a dispute.

I orders several products of camo outdoors via amazon with quite a large value for my son to complete his D of E. After 4 weeks no products were delivered and after numerous emails still no reply or refund off the company. They love to take your money but they don't want to deliver your goods. Thanks for upsetting my son with your lack of customer care and being a very reasonable man I have returned the compliment and informed the Irish trading standards. The best thing to come out of this is amazon refunding the total amount. Thank you amazon and I hope camo outdoors gets shut down.

These are the type of people who give the web a bad name!

I ordered 2 fleeces on 17/1 for a forthcoming ski trip. Had not arrived by latest delivery date (9/2) so emailed these buffoons via Amazon, stressing time constraint. No response so emailed again on 15/2. Still no response so claimed back via Amazon.

One good point was the Amazon claim process was quick and painless.

Ordered from these cowboys and no item received! No reply to emails. Just had an email from them to say refund has already been processed. Its all lies as no refund been issued. As previously mentioned by a reviewer I am thankful I used PayPal as I have opened a dispute in the hope of a full refund. They have just shut down their Facebook account so we can not comment to warn other people not to buy from them. I wonder how many of us there are they have conned??

1* is too much! This company needs to be closed down! Ordered through Amazon marketplace beginning of January….. Still no coat to this day.

Had to open an A-Z claim via Amazon as the company do not reply to any messages.

What a scam artist. should be ashamed of themselves!

I ordered a pair of trousers for my husband in November. They never arrived and I was eventually told that they parcel had been returned by the courier damaged but they would resend. This second one never arrived either and Amazon issued a refund. Foolishly after a series of emails which were I have to say written in appalling English, I believed their story about problems with the courier and reordered. Guess what…after 4 weeks of waiting the order has not arrived, despite the estimated delivery date having been and gone. The company are no longer responding to emails at all and if you look at their company feedback on Amazon it looks as though they are very soon to cease trading.
I have never ever dealt with such an appalling company online. Do not use them!

More information all people: Working staff of this company on strike as well because company needs to pay almost 200000+ euro for 60-65 staff members. People didn't get wages and bonuses for months.

I bought a jacket of Camooutdoors through Amazon at the beginning of January and four weeks later never received it.
Upon contacting them I got a useless automated reply so I left them a 1* feedback review just like many other people in the last few days.
To my disgust me feedback comments and star rating was removed and so was everyone else's after a few days I noticed this was a regular occurrence with negative reviews only lasting a few days so I phoned amazon to file a claim and enquire why mine and other peoples feedback had gone and their response was we'll look into it.
These cowboys should be banned from Amazon.
This sham has been happening from at least the beginning of this year because when I bought the jacket I noticed a few days of bad feedback that had disappeared.

If you have many hours to spare you can read the outrage of genuine Amazon sellers over what has been going on with this seller. Not allowed to post links here but if you type this Into google "a competitor keeps having their feedback removed" it will pull up a 48 page discussion about camo outdoor- it's all about this outfit – quite unbelievable really.

There are about 40 pages about how all their negative feedback kept disappearing, eventually following an investigation amazon pulled all of their items and you can no longer purchase from them (at time of writing).

Any consumer still waiting for an item they ordered via Amazon should file an A-Z order against them on amazon and Amazon will refund the buyer.

You need to read the whole discussion to believe to really ! I'd suggest best avoided and sharing that on social media to protect other consumers.

I am absolutely livid about the way I have been treated by this company. My little boy wanted me to order him some army stuff with his Christmas money and was really excited about receiving it. They kept pushing the delivery further and further back, until it became an absolute joke. I started to investigate and was told that the stuff had been sent and delivered. When I explained that it hadn't been delivered to me they were not interested and point blank ignored all my emails!! Thank god I ordered them through Amazon who have been brilliant in helping me deal with these con artists. Amazon ended up giving me a refund even though it wasn't really their problem. These idiots are happy to take your money but don't think you will get it back.

Through Amazon I ordered one item which was scheduled for delivery on 21 Jan. It did not arrive and I received only automated replies to my messages. I ordered another item which was due on 2 Feb. Same story.

I have just received a message via Amazon:
'We already processed full refund on our side, please check your order details in your Amazon Account for your reference …
We would like to thank you for your patience and apologize for refund due to external circumstances on the way from Ireland to UK.'

The message did not specify which of the orders has been refunded. I have filed a claim with Amazon for refund on both orders.

My own view is that their long delivery times have nothing at all to do with the postal service from the Irish Republic to UK: but that they only purchase items from manufacturer when they have a quota of customers' orders; and they now have a major cash-flow problem.

I regret having to make this negative review, as in the past I have had excellent service from them, eg they exchanged a product with no fuss because I had ordered the wrong size.

I would likely have not made this review had they fessed-up and given me an honest reply. But as of now, I feel that they cannot be trusted and it would be foolish to attempt to buy anything from them.

Neither item has arrived. Nor has my bank account been credited.

In regard to my complaint to Amazon: I have taken up Amazon's offer of immediate credit into my Amazon account, and this has now been processed. Major props to Amazon.

Though CamoOutdoors' own website appears to be still accepting orders, all of the items on their Amazon Storefront are now flagged 'currently unavailable'.

Their approval ratings on Amazon have, over a year gone from
POSITIVE: 90% down to 40%
NEGATIVE: 9% up to 56%

They've got to be having a laugh. Apparently my lightweight waterproof jacket was posted from Ireland 21 days ago and has still not arrived. A lame donkey could have made it to York in less time. THESE PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETANT OR HAVING A LAUGH

I placed my order more than 10 days ago. I have sent then 3 emails and I had no replies. I'm very suspicious because on the website says 24h response time. Really bad. Not happy at all.
