I have been with Cammy for more than Ten years. I could not speak highly enough of it.
So much so, my job as an Insurance Investigator and the increasing burglaries over this time, EVERY case I attended after SOCO, I recommended Cammy to the victims. Even at the depressing investigation time, I could bring light relief by showing live view of my own home and talk to the dog. This bought some humour and lite relief at the most distressing situation.
Victims had been quoted sometimes thousands by quick fix companies for alarm I installation, CAMMY was the answer.
Now we HAVE to spend 拢800 on a Laptop Hub with the correct memory , plus increased subs. Its NOT going to happen. Basically they have dumped the domestic customer to satisfy corporations.
I complained they told me customers were being sent to FOSCAM who would provide similar service to OLD Cammy.
FOSCAM informs you when you download their app, that their system is not compatible with Penguin Camera's.
Customer loyalty means nothing, just a standard reply.
I am now looking for a cost effective system for myself and future customers also, who now see their insurance premiums increased because they no longer have CCTV.
If you have ever been burgled, you will know police do not turn up till After the event, sometimes next day, unless Burglary In Progress. And who better to monitor your property, than Yourself.
So CAMMY cut the Bull ……

They used to be really good till they dumped all their long term customers like me of over 10 years to change to a system where they want you to have a pc set up and running as a dive 24-7 and charge you to use there app.
I can get that kind of system with good cameras for around 拢400 one off payment.
The point of Cammy was that there was no debt for thieves to steal.
They鈥檒l learn the hard way the mistake there making by dumping thousands of customers on a system that works good so they can set up a system that cost them less that you could set up yourself without needing them.
I was a good loyal customer and received not one email or notification before my cameras went off and just thought there was a fault.
Then called customer services to find out they want you to set a pc up that they can use as a dvr, so what are we actually going to be paying for?
I bought this of Amazon and set it up, ANRAN Wireless CCTV it does all the new Cammy does for one payment.
They鈥檝e made a mistake I think, who can afford to throw away custom in these times lol 馃槀 very poor, stay away do yourself a favour and set up your own system.

I used Cammy for many years and it was very good simply processing ftp images from my camera. For some bizarre reason they have stopped providing that simple system and now expect you to provide a permanently powered computer and record your own data.

I have been a Cammy customer since early 2015 or so. Received a message on the app saying something about Cammy is Changing and to carefully read the email sent.
Did not receive an email so on 20 December I emailed Cammy myself to ask what is changing鈥擨 never received a reply. Sent another email on 25 December and still no reply!
I checked their website and could deduce that they were moving the a Windows 10 / Cammy Hub type system鈥攏o information for current customers at all.
Today I noticed that I cannot access the system so I assume they have shut it down without officially telling me.
Rubbish Customer Service! Stay away!

Very bad support. Terrible customer service. They have just changed technology and dumped all exisiting customers to go use new apps and left us with all their cameras that we paid for. Really terrible way to treat exisiting customers

I have been with cammy for a very long time. and the security it has afforded me and my family has been brilliant, up until today
Unfortunately myself and my family including two young children aged 8 and 5 (now) have been the victims of harassment and stalking. To safeguard us and our property, we have four cammy cameras, two penguin, and two alien, this is all somehow connected to a home hub device, which stores footage for several weeks, and a precise date and time can be played back.
Today i have come to realise none of this now works, the app will not let me in, and ive plugged the hub in to the tv via HDMI, and can not for the life of me find how to recall saved footage. Looking through emails which my fault i do not check often, i find its closed down and now requires a windows 10 operating system.
I have emailed and had no reply, i need certain footage for the Police. This has left my family in a very vulnerable position, and now i have four cameras and a hub, that are nothing more then paper weights.
Please can some one from cammy please call me as a matter of urgency to resolve this.

Was a great service I had with Cammy last 4 years was paying 拢7.50 a month for 1 camera now told going to be 拢28
And need a laptop when I only use phone app
So now going to ring.com and cost me only 拢8 a month for unlimited cameras
So a better deal

Absolutely rubbish. Worked fine for a while but now stopped and won鈥檛 start again no live feed just does what it wants. Never again will I buy a Cammy Rubbish

We have one camera connected by cable it works well no false alarms We ordered a Nighthawk for outdoors supposedly wireless but refuses to connect can't run a cable unless we drill holes throughout the house The camera is situated less than 9meters from the modem but down stairs one floor below Still looks good as a dummy Not very impressed.

Quality and backup is what makes a product. Cammy has both. The minor problems I have had were fixed quickly by online staff who know their work. Recommend to anyone wanting to secure and protect your investment.ie, Business or home.

Had my Cammy cameras for about 3 years now one inside and one out, absolutely fantastic even to this day. Any issues I鈥檝e had have been sorted out ASAP, would highly recommend.

The whole Cammy experience as been 10 out of 10. I have had my night hawk cameras for ages now and they are still providing great security coverage.

I was an early adopter of Cammy back in Oct 15. I come from a military security background, and am very happy to state that Cammy is a simple (and that is very good), highly effective and efficient system which does not suffer from false alarms or false positives. It gives us peace of mind both at home and overseas that our house and office are well-looked after at day or at night. The customer service is absolutely top-notch, nay exemplary, fast, friendly and supportive. Add to that a very competitive price point and you have a slam dunk. Buy and use with complete confidence.

It worked ok for a week. Now it just works randomly and you cant watch live view anymore.

Cameras consistently freeze and the app freezes and blurs out…very poor service and product..if I could give it a -00 I would….takes forever to get help..am turning this product back as soon as I can and notify my bank to stop payments

Of late very difficult to understand pricing, make changes to your account, know what you are paying for. You have to email to make any pricing changes which is so last decade.

They help sort any thing out when it goes wrong but that dose not happen very often. Very happy with Cammy did try a different cctv set up but went back to Cammy as it works the best for me.

Great product, great app and great people. I have had Cammy for over 2 years and love how much control it gives me over my in-house security.
If I have any problems it's just a simple press of a button and the guys at Cammy get back to you extremely quickly. They then have the answer to your query mostly the same day if not then the next. The team at Cammy are very knowledgeable and know the system inside out, they are efficient, friendly and could not be more helpful.
I would recommend the Cammy to anybody who wants there security to be of top quality for a very small monthly fee.

I am more than happy to recommend Cammy. This is going in to my 3rd year with them. Customer service is Prompt and first class and never failed to resolve an issue.
Yes, you can get subscrition free IP camera's for 拢20-拢30 But come without any kind of back up.
