I simply wanted to purchase one of their '70' watt tubes as a replacement for my laser to get a job done asap. They did not have any in stock?? And they did not seem to care to even sell any for some reason. Disappointed.

I bought a embroidery machine from them, they mentioned 2 years of warranty and life time of phone support. For the last one week I have called them several times and there technician is not available to help me. Yesterday their branch manager told me that I should call them today and there will be a tech guy to help me. I have been trying to call since morning and nobody picks up the call and I cannot leave a voice message as the bin is full. There technician at Florida does not even speak proper English plus for any simple problem he says he has to contact somebody at California to find out the solution. It takes several days for him to get to the bottom of the problem. The screws for the embroidery hooks are getting ripped off, I asked them to supply me and they said they don鈥檛 sell just the screws, I have to buy the whole hook again. Their screw thread is special and cannot use aftermarket products. So I am stuck with few hooks.

DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR MACHINES, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ZERO.

I went to Camfive facilities looking for a laser cutter 1 year ago, we meet with Matt, He was very knowledgeable about our industry but we were not sure if we could afford it. He insisted that we simply find the laser we liked and allow him to work out the details. We found a double tube laser cutting machine and he did exactly what he said, finally I paid 1500 dollars higher than we initially wanted to spend but the machine that was twice as good as we thought we could get. It was a vast experience. Matt, thanks again. The machine is working excellently.
