I wish that I had read the terrible reviews before buying from them. They deal with fake grey imports. I received a faulty, broken product and contacted the store. The manager was extremely rude and condescending. After a short conversation, he told me that they do not issue refunds and slammed the phone down in my ear. I tried calling them again and he mocked me, calling me names. I don't know how these people are still in business. Now I am stuck with a broken product and lost the money I paid for it. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Save yourself the headache. Do not buy from them.
