Very disappointed with the service. I ordered a camera for my girlfriend and it stated next day delivery. It didn't arrive next day rather 6 days later. During the 6 day period I contacted customer service multiple times to understand when I am getting my order, where I was getting reasonably quick but rather useless response. After receiving the camera I tried to contact the customer service to return the camera and get a refund. I have emailed at least 7 times if not more asking about return policy etc. and every time the response is about something else rather than the refund itself. Let's not even start with the fact that 3 emails got ignored where I keep asking to inform me about the refund process. The website states "no quibble" return policy. The camera cost me 2k and I am still expecting response with details of their policy. Horrible service. I chose them over Jessops just to save 100拢 and was the biggest mistake ever! Avoid at all cost!

Overall a great service with ability to supply at a competitive price. My only criticism was they didn鈥檛 automatically send me a tracker link. When the purchase didn鈥檛 arrive next day (to Scotland) as indicated I had to contact them to enquire if it had gone missing. They quickly responded and provided a UPS tracking reference. It should be noted deliveries to the address in Scotland are usually +1 over next day.

Ordered a Canon XF400 as the price seemed to be much cheaper than what I found on other websites. I contacted them as I thought its too good to be true. The team contacted me within the hour and they said it came with a full 2 year warranty, I ordered it and it came the next day. So happy with it. Thanks

Outstanding service for Camera Hub. I鈥檇 looked around the internet for sometime to purchase a Canon 300mm lens. This was a big purchase for me. The price was fantastic, a great saving compared to the high street. I was nervous but I couldn鈥檛 resist the price. I can鈥檛 fault the service. Amazing lens at an amazing price! Well done Camera Hub. I鈥檒l be recommending you to my friends.

I ordered a pair of Canon Binoculars for my husband's birthday. At first the order was received and acknowledged but then they weren't delivered.
On querying the order the Camerhub acknowledged a stock discrepancy and said they would sort and send immediately. This happened and the binoculars were finally delivered. Once I had re-contacted the firm, they were apologetic and sorted the problem but if I hadn't acted they probably wouldn't have even realised that their systems didn't work fully. They were always polite and helpful.

The Binoculars arrived in perfect condition and have been enjoyed. The price was the best on the internet.
