customer care stinks – After ordering my camera online for a good price I was happy with my purchase. That was before I got an email telling me that I had to call before the order would be processed. I thought this was a good security practice but it was only an excuse for high pressure sales. After the guy badgered me to buy more stuff I "absolutely needed" he tacked on a $30.00 insurance charge that is not memtioned on the website when you place your order. When I called to complain about the extra charge the guy was so rude that we got nowhere. I waited until the customer service opened 2 days later and if possible, they were even ruder! He raised his voice and mocked me like a school yard bully. I have never delt with a more unprofessional bunch of people. When I asked to speak to a superviser I was transfered around and then a recording came on saying the customer service department was closed for the day ( 10 minutes after it opened!) I will NEVER order from this website again and I will tell anyone that will listen about my negative experience.

Multiple complaints web wide!!! – I got scammed by cameragiantsinc.com and filed a complaint with the BBB. i could write my whole story, but found that my complaint is the same as most of the ones you'll find about these sites. good luck. if you want, you can express your disgust by calling them at (347) 289-9980.
