Cameraexport

I have dealt with CameraExport on 3 separate occasions now, and had no problems with my 2 lenses, a Canon 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM and a Sigma 10-20mmf/4-5.6 EX DC HSM for my Canon 40D, plus UV and CPL filters. They have always been very courteous and my goods arrived without incident and on time. Sandra (PhotoShop)

I bought a Canon camera of this website in hope that in it would arrive before my trip to Venice. I waited 2 weeks and nothing had arrived, so I sent an email. I got an email back saying my order had been cancelled and no mention of a refund. So I emailed back and asked when my refund will happen. I got no reply until i got back from Venice. Luckily they said they would refund me. I checked my account and I was 拢8 short. I emailed them back and they said it was to do with credit card charges. I don't even own a credit card and it was payed via debit card?? I still to this day have not received my full refund. I would avoid this site unless you like hassle!
