This is supposedly a phone service for jailed inmates. They claim the service works for ANY jail. This is false. It DOES NOT work with the facility my loved one is in. They advertised $4.99 for 100 minutes of inmate calls. This was false. I was charged $11.98 and received NO SERVICE OR COMMUNICATION After canceling my account in accordance with website instructions. Attempts to resolve through company resulted only in sarcastic emails from a "hotmail.com" address…refusing refund. Website claims customer will receive a "welcome" email with instructions to use the service….this is false. I never received any such email. This company is preying on vulnerable families attempting to communicate with their incarcerated loved ones and needs to be STOPPED! I hope no one else gets scammed by this immoral person. Please help me and other vulnerable families.
