I wrote a review about camelake on this forum which you can read below. I filed a complaint against camelake with Paypal in August and today, Sept. 23, 2020, Paypal has ruled in my favor and I am getting all my money back from these crooks! PayPal said they now have other complaints concerning this rip-off company and I believe this has helped PayPal decide the case in my favor. Camelake.com is a rip-off, criminal website, and if you purchase from them you will lose your money. If you have paid with PayPal, you can file a complaint against camelake and hopefully you will get your money back as well.

This website is not what they say it is. Do not order from them. Like others here I ordered a kids bumper car and after tracking the package for 6 weeks, I received 5 disposable face masks. When I contacted PayPal to get my money back, camelake sent me something else. I have yet to find out what that will be. I even requested that they send me nothing other than a refund, but they paid no attention to that request. Save yourself the money and the headache.

I purchased a "Deft Clay Sand Casting Deluxe Kit" system for casting small jewelry type items, like rings, from "camelake.com", a Chinese company in early January of 2020. Total price was $66.82. Never received it.

I emailed them several times wondering where my order was. They offered to send me another order, which I was grateful for. I also offered to pay them 1/2 of the original price I initially paid once I received the second order. I figured if the first order was stolen from my property (porch thieves and stolen items are not unusual, as most people know), in good conscience I could not let them send me a second one without me paying for half the original price.

They emailed me and said they sent out the second order, providing me another tracking number. This time, I logged onto the website of the tracking company, ems.express, often to track this shipment, following it from China all the way to Arizona. It all looked legit until the last entry on ems.express said, "The delivery status of your item has not been updated. Your item may have been lost…" I knew at this point I was being scammed.

Then, when I tried to log back onto ems.express a day or two later, my entire entry of my order was gone. I again emailed camelake.com about this second lost order several times and have never heard back from them.

Again, I knew I had been scammed and could have kicked myself for ordering anything from China over, say, ten dollars or so. And I was even madder at myself because I failed to do my "due diligence" on this scam company before I ordered from them. It was only about a half hour ago that it dawned on me to research this company and I came on this "trustpilot.com" and found all of the horrible reviews.

There is no question that "camelake.com" is a scam outfit….just read their many reviews. But what "hooked" me was their cheap price for this sand casting system and their professional looking website. But what can you do? Sue them? Of course not…they are a Chinese company. People who get ripped off from these crooks have no recourse at all. This is why Amazon and Ebay are so great…you have a way to file a grievance and have your problems and issues solved.

If anyone has an idea how to further expose these fraudsters and con artists, please let me know.

Zero stars, actually -stars. Scam city, thieves, cheaters, CS scam artist. Expect nothing but grief from camelake.com, and thier sister co., mariever.com. You may get a knockoff wallet, or sunglasses. ALL FAKE, ALL SCAM

They steal your money! I ordered an acoustic electric guitar off their website-I wasn't looking for something inexpensive. I just typed in the brand name guitar I was hoping to purchase for myself for last Christmas (a Washburn), this site popped up, had the exact brand and specs I was looking for at a phenomenal price! (Yes, perhaps the price should have alerted me to something shady about the company) but again, I was not seeking out anyting in expensive or cheap. And certainly wasn't looking for a Chinese company. it was just one of the first three websites that popped up when I typed in Washburn acoustic electric guitar. I'm trying to recoup my money, so far to no avail, but I have contacted lawyer friends of mine who prosecute online fraud, theft by deception etc. I haven't the highest hopes that I'll actually recover my money, but I felt no compunction at threatening those SOB's with lawsuits, and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for doing this to me. And others as well apparently! I'm furious, I feel foolish, the whole gamut. and I refuse to feel like a victim any longer. So I'll keep you posted of any positive outcome. And please warn everyone you know away from Camelake!

They deserve zero stars. I contacted them with an email where is my order it has been over a month they replied with same email they first sent it is being processed. I have tried numerous times to contact
them again to get no response.

I ordered a scooter in December and received a fake pair of RayBan sunglasses about a month later. I have sent at least 30 emails requesting a full refund and have received NOTHING except more emails claiming they would send me a percentage of my original $65 that I spent. It is now the middle of April and I have still received nothing!! I have never dealt with such a shady company, I am hoping my bank will refund the money.

SCAM! Horrible! Ordered a piano keyboard for $66. I waiting three months to receive broken beat earbuds. I contacted the crappy customer service and they 鈥渞e-shipped鈥?my order and gave me a tracking number. At the end of the delivery, which took another month, it said my package was lost during transportation when it said it was already in my area code the day before. They will only refund $45 after all that.

I have been trying since January to get my order and all they do is lie give wrong tracking # ems the shipping company said they don't get involved so the shipping # is a fake ordered a toy ride on car like 73.00 receive a pair of fake ray bans so don't buy from them

I ordered an I item off their website and months later never recieved the item and was told it was lost during delivery.

My 4 year old daughter got her heart broke on her bday when her doll Annabelle never came she got a card holder instead!!!!! These people are horrible people it's a scam do not order from them!!!!

I ordered a frozen 2 arrendale castle and received a wallet. Never got the castle. Not a good website!!!!!

I ordered a guitar amplifier before researching the company, Camelake in January 2020. They sent me a used earplug. I sent an email informing that they sent me the wrong product. They responded with an email that they would refund 60% of my cost if I return the earplug. Do not order from this site. It is a scam company.

Bought an AKAI MIDI Mini Keyboard MKII, got some bootleg jank RayBan sunglasses. Currently disputing transaction with bank. Screw this website – stay AWAY! They will scam you!

I ordered a Keith Urban guitar set, waited 24 days only receive a pair of RayBan sunglasses. I have called and emailed. Since receiving the wrong product and asking for a refund or the correct product, I have not received a response. The phone number now rings and states that the caller is unavailable. What a poor company! I can鈥檛 believe the BBB has allowed them to have a fake webpage.

EDIT: my credit card company (PayPal MasterCard) never refunded the price (that I can tell?) and Camelake has sent me about 7 automated emails asking if I鈥檇 like to 鈥渒eep the item for (starting with a 60%) a 95% refund.鈥?I keep replying and saying I want a FULL REFUND and that I DO NOT WANT THE ITEM! I鈥檓 going to keep calling my CC company to get the refund. I鈥檝e wasted so much time on this, it鈥檚 pretty pathetic from me and them.
BUYER BEWARE!! Ordered a Yamaha PSR63 keyboard for $53.21 and 10 days later I received a robotic monkey, which was probably a $5 item, retail. I was able to dispute the transaction with my bank after emailing Camelake multiple times and hearing nothing. I hope everyone does a transaction dispute so that these scam artists go broke from sending garbage disguised as real big deals.

I got some fake rayban glasses i am seeking legal action i want my money back i ordered heat press

This website needs to be shut down!!! I ordered a wagon and they sent me fake Rayban sunglasses!! No one responds to the emails or answers the phone!!!!

I have purchased products from other import sights like DH Gate, so I thought I would give this a shot. What a mistake. I ordered a pedal car, and got a pair of fake Ray Ban鈥檚. Then got an email once every three days. These guys are crooks and I wish I knew a way to get them shut down so no one else has to deal with this disgusting business.
