I booked a cab with this company to take husband to the airport for a very important business trip to Brazil. They were supposed to arrive at 4am. At 4:10 my husband called the company and they hung up on him! He ended up driving to the airport. At 4:30 there were 2 cabs sitting outside our house, but if he had waited that long he would have missed his flight. I would never use this company again or recommend it.
