You're being ripped off online for local delivery, 拢7.99 quoted online order only paid 拢4.99 for delivery over the phone.

Flowers looked lovely although the customer service was poor. The flowers were ordered for a business client's 15th anniversary, this was made into a much more stressful situation than it should have been due to bad communication on Cambridge Floral Design's end.

I called in the afternoon to see if the surprise flowers had been delivered to which I was told they had been. I contacted my client to find that this was a total lie, this completely ruined the surprise.

Not happy, poor service, bad attitude! Will not be wasting my time ordering from here again.

Tanya provided an excellent service – we were so pleased to have been recommended to her. She made the whole process very easy – and was extremely flexible – up to 24 hours before the event when we needed to increase the number of table decorators. Flowers were delivered without hassle to the funeral directors for the coffin; the church; and to the wake.- and they were beautiful. Last but not least she communicated with the funeral directors to have the bill added to the main funeral costs so that it could be charged to the "frozen " bank account – saving us having to bear the cost until probate. Highly recommend.

Tempered with the fact that I was charged for delivery when, in fact, I picked them up from the shop.

Tanya provided the table decs and buttonholes for my son's wedding. They were all delightful! Tanya was patient and helpful and listened to what we were trying to achieve and the results were really lovely. I would recommend her!

Really good service and prompt delivery

Cambridge floral design supplied my wedding bouquet plus bridesmaids/ flowers girls/ table centre piece and button holes for my wedding. I went in to visit Tanya and we had a great chat about what kind of flowers/colours I wanted, I explained that my mum had passed away and said that her favourite colour was purple so she suggested to add a touch of purple to my pink flowers. Tanya did a fantastic job with my flowers and I was very happy with them.

I live 4,000 miles away from the UK and needed to send some flowers for same day delivery. I spoke with Tanya at 13:00 UK time who was very helpful and professional in her advice. Same day delivery worked and they helped make someone's days. I definitely recommend this store.

Hi, the flowers I chose were great, and the right price, but when I tried to order online the system told me the security code for my credit card was wrong. I tried again and again with no luck. So I went to another place in Cambridge and didn't have a problem with my 3-digit security code.

I had a great experience with Cambridge Floral Designs. I ordered a bouquet online for delivery the following day. A few hours later, I found out that the recipient would be out-of-town and wrote a rapid email to the shop to try to change the delivery date. Their response was nearly instantaneous – although it was basically the middle of the night! The bouquet was delivered a few days later, was beautiful and well received, and all ended well! I'll be sure to use Cambridge Floral Designs in the future.

I asked to be able to pick my order up at 8:15 the following day, they responded very quickly that they could do it for 8:40. Got there at 8:30, was greeted pleasantly, the order was ready so I was happy. The flowers were good quality and my wife was pleased!

Thanks for delivering the balloon bouquet to the hospital, they were perfect!!! I had trouble with my address and left you a email which you answered right away. The delivery was perfect and made my son happy that he was remembered!!!

Really stunning bunch of flowers, beautifully selected and arranged. Although for the price I would have liked the bunch to be slightly bigger. Will consider using again, and would definitely recommend.

Ordered flowers for my wife at valentines to be delivered on the day, turned up late afternoon the day after… Totally unacceptable service and i would never use again
