I would not recommend.
I recently changed my name to a completely new one based on my request and their policies do not allow changing names on the certificate. The reason is that it has to reflect the name I had at the point of the examination which is ridiculous in the year of 2017.

January exam results came after 7 weeks (despite the CambridgeEnglish website saying 'approximately 2 to 3 weeks').
The results for the subsequent March exams took EIGHT weeks.
CambridgeEnglish also withheld the result for one student, claiming they were investigating malpractice. On the very day he was due to sit the next level (June 25th) they got in touch saying they had made a mistake and there had been no malpractice at all. That student had waited THREE MONTHS for his result. He received no apology or explanation.
