Contacted Cambria via email they were very quick into responding to some of the questions I had. I've never used them before, and I never heard of them being from Michigan I usually shop local but they had the pedals that I really wanted. everybody else was sold out. Needless to say I had my pedals on my front door two days later I've never been more impressed. They sent them to me Priority Mail and didn't charge me for it. I highly highly recommend this place.

Descriptions on parts were very helpful. Thanks for putting in the details for which bike models fit. This particular case, I needed to replace a SRAM rear derailleur and hanger and several other sites I visited first made it much harder to guess whether hanger would fit my bike. Cambria spelled it out clearly.

I received an email from Tim that answered my questions. Unfortunately, one of the questions he answered was that I probably wouldn't receive the products as quickly as I would have liked. Then Tim called me and offered to personally grab the products for me himself and get them in a box right away, so that I could get them. This was great, great customer service and I appreciated the help so much. Thanks Tim and CBO!

I placed an order on 5/31, and the order was not fulfilled until 6/8, which are very slow lead fulfillment times for product that was listed as “in stock”. There was also no follow up to say that the order was delayed. I even emailed Cambria support To follow up on the order and was given a very vague response indicating that the order was being worked on and will ship soon. Now I have to wait for standard shipping with delivery times ranging from 2-7 days.

Even with the pandemic, preparation and shipping times unreasonable. Between Cambria and Fedex it’s going to take over two weeks to receive my order. Too bad, Cambria has great prices, but not sure I’ll return. For being one of the biggest online retailers I’d think they would be better set up and prepared than most.

Easy Check Out Process. Would like to see a filter to sort by price while shopping.
My ordered arrived a few days later than expected, but with all the Covid craziness I don't feel that was Cambria's fault. Liked the accuracy of the American-European shoe sizing chart they have at checkout, they fit great.

Great products at great price. Customer service was helpful. Only complaint is I did not receive any info/updates about my order for 5 days after placing it. They still shipped quickly and everything was right. It's very possible this delay in order updates was due to COVID complications. It would have been nice to have better communication! Would definitely shop again though.

I've always loved Cambria Bike! I'd give higher than four stars for the price, but not quite 5. I'd like to have saved just a bit more, but I know I got a fair deal. The bike is comparable to bikes (2020 not 2018) from other sites that go for a similar price. But this one is a Kona, and Kona is local for me. Kona always seems to give their bikes a PNW feel that makes them really work here – even when they may be quirky elswhere.

Understand the delay in shipping during this period but shipment has labeled since May 3, and there is no Status till today. Perhaps could change the provider to UPS as I have excellent service from them.

Quick, easy, painless sums it up. Bike helmet arrived in great shape for a great price. Unfortunately, the helmet didn't fit my oval head. Contacted Cambria Bike, they quickly issued an R.M.A. with instructions to return the helmet. Particularly as I am a first time customer, I am impressed! Turned what could have been a bad experience into to a good one. A little like magic. lol
