We have used the private taxi and I highly recommend their services. My first trip was from Pnong Peng to Sihanoukville on the 19th, but unfortunately i have made the reservation on their side from Sihanoukville to Pnong Peng. After some chat exchange in the application they kindly swap the destinations as it should be in the first time. After finalizing the chat about that I noticed that the date was also wrong (again, my fault) and start again with a new chat they have also change the date. I also have use them from Sihanoukville to Siem Reap. Although initially the driver thought that it was to Sihanoukville airport he immediately understood that was to Siem Reap, made some calls and deliver us to Pnong Peng where another driver was waiting for us.
The application works really good and the online chat really solve the issues.
Regarding the driving for us was fine, although you need to understand that driving in Cambodja is different from Europe or USA.
One of the drivers was cleaning he's nose with a tissue and then throw it out of the car, mister driver please take care of your beautiful country ?
Last note for the future users, if you do specially a short notice book (as 48h as we did) altought you receive a notification that you have booked the trip it didn't send the e-ticket! So if you do a short notice booking you might have to request via chat for the e-ticket.

I booked two minivan tickets from PP to SHV last months, after my booking, I received a written confirmation for my booking with 2 confimed seats numbers for my minivan to SHV 4 days before my trip. And Camboticket wrote to promis to send my tickets in 24 hours by delivery service to my registered adrrese with additional service charge(abt 2 dollars). After 1 and half days, there had NO any call from delivery service or This platform. I started to call hotline of This platform many times but no response(during office hours) until 1 day later after many called. The hotline staff picked up my call but refused to give me any solution via phone after hearing my problem. I was so worried because there are only 1 and half day before my trip, so I begged their staff to help me urgently.but she just insisted NOT to give me any answer but forced to wrote a email to yr platform to seek for solution and then the hotline staff just hang up my call rudely while I was still talking! And then I wrote to the platform to ask for solution but This company replied me to redo the booking again via email. I then wanted to followed their directive to do re-booking, but I was told by another email that the original schedule I booked with them are NO longer available so I should re booking another schedule plus due to the short timing before my trip(less than 2 days), they would Not be able to deliver the tickets to me! But who caused all the delay?! What happened to my original booking which had been confirmed in written by yr company?! This platform totallly ruined my new year trip!

I booked a bus ticket for the following morning through Cambo, everything seemed to go through fine and I was waiting for a confirmation email to show to the bus driver; however I woke the following morning with no confirmation email. I contacted customer support who told me the transaction timed out and therefore I didn鈥檛 have a reservation and needed to book again; I tried however the bus was then fully booked so had to source alternative transport (which was a nightmare last minute). They had blocked $24 on my card and when I spoke to them originally the transaction was pending and they informed me it would be revered. This transaction has since been debited from my account and they are now refusing to refund me as they believe the transaction hasn鈥檛 gone through still (no idea why as I鈥檝e sent proof about 3x now). Please avoid. I鈥檓 $24 out of pocket plus what it cost me to source transport last minute. Their customer services have been unhelpful to say the least. I only wish I could give zero stars on here!

I had the stupid idea to book two tickets for a show in Phnom Penh.
The next day, they told me that the show was close due to the hollidays and they offer to refund the tickets or book another show.
I first choose the refund but after exchanging some emails, I understood that it was not really an option so I choose another show at the same price.
It's been 9 days now that (every day) I try to obtain the tickets for the new show. I send them an email every day but (when they do reply), I keep having the same answer : 'What is the time you want' and after I reply, I get no answer
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ANY SHOW WITH THEM IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO LOST YOUR MONEY !!!!

It was an horrible experience to book through Camboticket. The timing they advertised no longer existed and we didnt even have any update regarding it and didn鈥檛 even compensate the stress and trouble we had to go through. It better to book through a travel office in Vietnam or Cambodia to be sure of the timing! Save yourself with the trouble!

We booked three journeys through camboticket and it was great. Two were cancelled by the suppliers and camboticket contacted me immediately, gave me other options and sorted it all out for me. I rearranged once as well due to a change of plans and they switched the date of travel with no fuss at all. I would highly recommend and definitely use again if I'm in the area.

Very very bad time consuming situation online. It took so long to book a ticket that it was already gone. The chat came with no info, just more excusses and no solutions as they didn't know anything. I do not like being lied to, especially with my money. I tell all not to gamble when buying a seat that is booked.

Unfortunately I left my phone in the taxi and noticed straight away someone had switched it off. I messaged Camboticket within 10 mins of the driver leaving but they said the driver could not find it. 5 hours later (which is the time it takes to get back from Sihanouk) someone switched it on an I got a notification he was trying to enter my password in a phone shop back in Phnom Penh. I know the driver stole my phone. I even gave Camboticket the address of the phone shop thanks to the app Find My Phone but it was no use. Very untrustworthy driver, dangerous driving and late for pick up and not friendly. I didn鈥檛 not trust the driver from the start. I can understand Camboticket have other good reviews so perhaps they just had a bad driver. Do not trust anyone!

We used CamboTicket to rent a private car from Phnom Penh to Kampot and back last winter. Good service, good car (SUV Toyota); only we had to tell the driver to drive more slowly, as he tended to speed and the roads are not really safe.

I and my girlfriend backpacked through Cambodia and the adjoining countries earlier this year. The region, while astonishingly beautiful and culturally rich, is still an underdeveloped part of the world and finding reliable info is still very difficult.
We were informed about camboticket by some friends we met in bangkok and before we traveled to cambodia, we used the website to find route and bus information. The website is nicely designed and has numerous options for almost all the route within and to and from thailand and vietnam. we even booked bus to laos from the website.
we had a very bad experience when we used another website that is perhaps newer as they issued us tickets which were subsequently not recognised by the bus staff.
all in all, this is an awesome website for your cambodia travel and the support team is super efficient.

Used CamboTicket.com for my travel from Bangkok to Phnom Penh and for travel within Cambodia. Good booking experience. Had a minor scare when I didn't receive my eticket but that was quickly resolved with a message to support team and it ended up being an issue with my spam folder where the eticket was stuck. But I was sent the ticket again by the support team promptly. Will recommend and use again
