Avoid like the plague.
Turned up at the airport for flight from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. Flight was cancelled. Were given no notification from the airline or from the agency I booked with.

I am so disappointed with this airline company!
I am leaving in less than a month and my flight tickets have been cancelled so to 鈥榗ommercial reasons鈥?I have not yet gotten my money refunded, as is for some reason will take 3 months.
Now new tickets that I need to catch my connecting flight back home is NOT 35 dollars per person anymore but 120c which I cannot afford.

I would recommend everyone to choose another airline from the beginning, in order to avoid extremely bad communication and a big vacation disappointment!

I just flew this new airline from Phnom Penh to Bangkok. It was flawless. I am an inveterate traveler (62 countries), and I can say this airline is as good as Singapore or Emirates. I wish it growth and good luck.
