Camaloon

The design on the web was very easy, a lot of products to select from although the delivery was scheduled between the 28/08 and the 02/09 and they arrived the 03/09 in the afternoon.

I have never received my order, no message from the customer service.

This used to be a good service but something happened and it has turned into a fraud. We ordered stickers in March, made them aware that the delivery did not arrive by mid April and by mid June we still do not have the stickers we paid for 3 months ago.

They ignore emails and social media messages.

We've been happy with the quality of the products we've ordered from Camaloon, and continue to use them (for now) because the pricing is among the most reasonable I've seen. BUT their support is terrible. More than terrible, it is non-existent. They have a support chat on their website but I've never received a reply to any message sent there. Emails are ignored and calls go unanswered. I've tried contacting them via social media and nothing there either. Why offer so many ways to contact you if you aren't going to reply to any messages? I've had to cancel orders on more than one occasion because I couldn't get answers to basic questions.
