Two weeks since I place the order
One week since I announced the fact that I did not received it
5 days since I chased for that refund and I still don鈥檛 have any money or items

I asked them if I can place the order again and get the same promotion/ discount and they said no

I opened a complaint and they closed it as solved even though I did not get my money back

Don鈥檛 use this company

Update: no one solved my issue called them again my refund was still not issued (order placed on 14.09, no order and no money)

1) ordering online I didn't realise I wasn't signed in with my loyalty account until after the payment has gone through. Contacted support straight away to see if they could help allocate the points to my account. No chance of getting any help whatsoever – "sorry, can't do this" was all I got. Which is absurd in this day & age of tech..
2) order arrived, with most of the items not looking as they should – one pair of socks had two of the same foot ones instead of 1 right, 1left; bikini top all floppy & ill-fitting, same with beach-cover ups… But thought I'll be kind to the company that used to be my fave hosiery shop at these difficult times & only return the bikini
3) make my way to the shop, where I get carelessly told by the shop assistant she won't accept these as I should've known better to get some "returns approval" to return it & that I can go online & arrange this, but it will take days & on top of it she has no idea how it works. Just my wasted trip here..
4) go online trying to figure out how else I can arrange these returns. Seems that the only option I can select is arranging courier collection. Arrange all the excessive steps I'm being asked to do, printing all the labels & then suddenly no instructions how to do the last bit – arrange the courier.
5) after contacting the "helpful" chat I figure I need to arrange the courier myself or go find a drop point & hope my items will somehow reach you in the end!
Absolutely shocking customer service & shopping experience… I understand times are tough.. But putting all the load on your customers?! Who'd ever want to go through this for a few questionable quality bits?! It's not running a business, it's hoping to trap some trusting buyers in to spend money with you!

Really disappointed. Placed an order almost 1 month ago because I like their products and been to their shop. No delivery update, no e-mail form that works (it can鈥檛 be sent), no phone number that works and still no order. Would not order from them again and now have to see how I get my money back.

I have to say I am very happy with the order from Calzedonia – I ordered bikini – I do not now much about the quality because I have not tried it yet but looks very good plus I ordered some socks too – they actually have very good deal 10 socks for 10 euro.
I placed the order on thursday and got it on monday.

This company is TERRIBLE! I ordered socks because they had a great deal going on. I ordered about 6 pair of socks and waited about 2 weeks for them to arrive. No big deal. Except they were never actually delivered by UPS even though they said they were (I was working from home this day when it said it had arrived).

I then contact Calzedonia to let them know I never received them. As well as filing a claim with UPS. I have reached out to Calzedonia over 10 times now and it has been 2 months. Now they have stopped responding to my emails and instagram DMs. Terrible company. Do not spend your money here!!

I have yet to get a refund. They basically just took my money. Theifs.

I brought a pair of support wear tights and was advised to get a size L, however I usually buy a size M. I brought a different pair of tights without support wear in a size M and they were perfectly fine When I got home I tried the size L support wear tights on and I was unable to pull them past my thighs, as the support wear was too tight. I went back to the store to refund the tights and they stated because I had tried them on they would not be able to refund the tights, due to hygiene However if I brought them online, I would have received a refund (so hygiene is not an issue for online purchases) Customer services were very unhelpful and stated that I should go back to the store in which I purchased the tights from and stated that a refund would be based on the managers discretion. They really think I have time to go back to the store, which could be a wasted visit once again to see whether I will receive a refund. I have counted my losses, I will NEVER shop at this store AGAIN! No refund policy should be a no refund policy online and in store…… They had NO empathy what so ever!

Order placed on 19th Jan and delivery confirmation received on 21st Jan saying it would arrive in 4-5 business days – but nothing! Three calls to the chat service were ineffective. Several emails to customer service also remain unanswered for which there is no excuse. I have written to their UK commercial manager and CEO but not hopeful of a response. I think part of the issue is the delivery firm, Hermes, as their tracking hasn't been updated for over two weeks. Don't do it!

On 1st Jan 2020 I placed an order online from the Calzedonia website. This was meant to be delivered at Westfield in 3-5 days. 2 days later I received an email saying that the order is in Westfield and it takes 3-5 days to ship. I went to Westfield to check on that day. They didn't receive the order. On 14 Jan I sent an email to customer services which said they will respond in 2 days. I got no response. On 18 I went back to the store to ask again about my order. They told me to email them. Today on 20 Jan they wrote back that they are investigating. They are so slow in responding, delivering and is just such a poor customer experience. Now I want my refund back. I went online and their prices keep on changing for both Calzedonia and Tezenis in a matter of 3 days. How is this company reliable?

I have never left a bad review in my life. But in this case i had to. I bought skin-coloured tights for 15 pounds each, i was assured by two different assistants that the quality was the best one (hence the price) and they wouldn't rip. The tights ripped in 3 different places before they reached my waist. DON'T SHOP FROM CALZEDONIA

In September I ordered some products from the Swiss page and I chose "Pick from the post office" option. My products were not delivered to Uxxxx, the city I picked, and instead delivered to a random city I have never even heard of, Sxxxx. I contacted the customer service to send it to MY address, but they said they cannot change the address and the package would be returned to them after 7 days anyways, and they will refund me when they receive it.
They didn't refund me for TWO MONTHS.
When I contacted them asking for a refund, they first said they don't know where the package is. Then, they sent me a mail saying that "now your package is in Bxxxx and you must pick it up until tomorrow (I never had an address in Sxxxx, I don't have an address in Bxxxx either, it's 2,5 HOURS drive away from me! Stop sending the package to random addresses)
I contacted them again, this time on the phone. They again said they don't know where the package is. It's been another 2 weeks, with no response and everytime I contact them I get random replies. It's totally unprofessional. Looking at the reviews here, it's their company policy to be horrible.

Terrible company . Ordered fishnet hosiery from them and paid the same day . Items haven鈥檛 arrived 6 weeks later Having heard nothing at 4 weeks I contacted them to report it . They acknowledge that I haven鈥檛 received the items and that they have my money but won鈥檛 make a refund until they have 鈥榠nvestigated鈥?it and won鈥檛 start an investigation until I report it again in writing. Just obfuscation to avoid repayment . Claim now with PayPal . Avoid this company

I would not personally leave a bad review if I didn't believe I was not treated fairly as on this occasion, and also it might be helpful for some for any future purchases!! I bought some microfibre tights and I was assured from the lady in the store that they would last for a long period of time and are less likely to be ripped than the typical lycra tights. I wore them twice at work ( and I work in an office by the way) and after 2 days they were ripped in 2 different places. When I went back to the store I was told to contact the customer service via email and when I contacted them and sent them photos as well as the receipt, their response was that they don't evaluate the damage as a manufacturing fault or poor quality standard but as my fault in any case occurred by wear and tear!!! Truly disappointing and bad customer service!!! Never again!!

Awful experience, never buy online from this website. I have ordered 5 pairs of tights and 2 weeks later still waiting for the delivery. I have made a written complain and asked for my money back but nothing was resolved

Worst returns process I've ever experienced. Blatant lack of respect from customer service and deliberately making it impossible to file a return so you can't get your money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

When i pay for the order锛宨t can鈥榯 go to the success page instead of the payment page and the shopping bag is not empty. And i think my payment failed. I pay again and again. And then i got three orders. That is their website bugs. The customer services let me return. I told them that is not my fault and i do not have printers and i live with my two babies with no car in the town far from the ups access center. Just complain why their faults make me so much trouble锛丄nd they don鈥榯 offer me any apologies锛丣ust let me walk far away to return锛乀hat make me anxious and so sad锛?

I bought a pair of thermal interior stockings on Friday, after wear them on Sunday, they looked like you were using them for almost 2 years, I wen to the store and asked to the personal for a return policy, they rudely told me that I cannot get any refund or return policy!!! This is unacceptable!!
