Very very very dissapointing,rude and ignorant staff and store manager.As soon as I entered the store not even a hello but they straight away ask me to put the mask.I told them I am exempt from the mask but still they insisted and they also dare to ask for a proof that I am exempt when the law clearly says no one is allowed to ask for any proof,not even the police.They isisted again and told me if I don鈥檛 put the mask on I should leave the store.Dear store owners I think you should train a little bit better your staff cause this is exactly how you gonna lose a lot of customers!I was a regular client with calzedonia for as long as I can remember,but honestly after this I won鈥檛 put my feet again in any calzedonia store,especially the one in Bond street,nor my family,or relatives,or friends or friends of friends etc. Good luck!

Got my order quickly but the best thing is the packaging – no plastic at all!! Came in a reusable brown paper bag – I鈥檓 not seeing this very often from retailers love it!

DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
i hardly review any company that has been failing to deliver my order. BUT this one is an exception.
and i should have go to trustpilot to CHECK every online store.
my order didnt come, no proper feedback,
cannot give refund, must follow "PROTOCOL"
my item has not been delivered from their warehouse and they cant gve any refund.
it still inside their premises, why can't they give a refund

I am never going to buy anything from them again..returned a package on the 16th Last month…n now its the the 11th of August!!…no refund yet!!..whenever i call customer service they say its so cause of the pandemic and we are short on staff ..as if they are the only ones enduring this pandemic..i have returned some items from other brands and received my refunds on time..but they are just pathetic..and now the latest is that the management has to approve the refund.馃う馃徑鈥嶁檧锔?

The worst company ever, I have been waiting for over a month for a refund. My order was delivered to another address and the customer service agent could see this and still didn鈥檛 act. Then my case was passed to another department and I still haven鈥檛 heard anything. I鈥檓 not sure what to do now as I have lost 鈧?00 for nothing.

I have ordered a bikini on the 22-06-20 and it has arrived on time, I really love Calzedonia, I have been buy in this shop for over 10 years and the quality it鈥檚 absolutely amazing! Happy costumer and I Don鈥檛 know why it has a bad reviews….

I wish I could give them 0 stars, because this 1 is to much for them! Placed the order on the 8th of June, never received the order. Contacted their costumer service, they cancelled my order without explanation and said I will receive a refund. I havent received anything. Horrible!!! I will report them.

I have been advised by friends that the 30 denier 'every day' black tights are decent, so I ordered 6 pairs, plus some grey 40 denier tights for special occasions. Having waited what seemed like an eternity for UPS to deliver, I was actually pleased with the quality of the 30 deniers. I have been obsessed with this opacity for over a decade now, and they are definitely an improvement on the ailing M&S equivalent. The fabric is consistent, the coverage looks good and they feel fabulous on. They look lovely with my knee length work skirts, and work well also under jeans or leggings. If you're a tights fanatic like me, then give these a go, but be prepared to wait!!

I have placed an order on their website on 19th Feb, and have not heard from them since yesterday. I wrote to them asking about it and they told me that my order was returned. There is no reason for it to be returned and no one ever contacted me about the delivery of my order. My address is my office address where there is ALWAYS someone to sign for a package on my behalf. I never have problems with other deliveries with this address so it was quite weird. I don't think I will shop from Calzedonia again.

I brought a pair of support wear tights and was advised to get a size L, however I usually buy a size M. I brought a different pair of tights without support wear in a size M and they were perfectly fine
When I got home I tried the size L support wear tights on and I was unable to pull them past my thighs, as the support wear was too tight.
I went back to the store to refund the tights and they stated because I had tried them on they would not be able to refund the tights, due to hygiene
However if I brought them online, I would have received a refund (so hygiene is not an issue for online purchases)
Customer services were very unhelpful and stated that I should go back to the store in which I purchased the tights from and stated that a refund would be based on the managers discretion. They really think I have time to go back to the store, which could be a wasted visit once again to see whether I will receive a refund. I have counted my losses, I will NEVER shop at this store AGAIN!
No refund policy should be a no refund policy online and in store……

I have been a customer of calzedonia for a couple of years now always purchasing the same product which are the push up leggings, which i wear on daily basis so i end up purchasing around 4 pairs a year. I have asked a friend to buy me a pair as he was going to be close by the store, i sent him pictures of leggings as well as the name and the product number from the official website. Unfortunately the shop assistant didn鈥檛 look properly or was just too ignorant to do so and sold him jeggins instead. I asked him to return it a couple of days later however they did not want to give a refund however offered an exchange of the item but the one i desired to buy was not in stock. I now ended up paying for lack of knowledge and training of the shop assistant and an experience that though me not to ever come back to the store again.

I had 3 weeks delayed delivery of thermal leggings. After finally I got in contact with customer services they gave me a discount and placed a new order to receive it. The delivery should take 3-5 days. Well, another 10 days went past and the order is not here. I think they come from outside Europe this is why they never take 3-5 days to arrive, but always after a minimum of 3 weeks on persisting emails and calls.
This is my lesson learned. Don't buy ever again because the quality is also poor!!
They don't follow the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

I purchased a pair of Polka Dot (my fav pattern) tights, and after wearing for one night only, it tore! While still on my night out, which to all girls is quite embarrassing. Given the high cost of these tights, you鈥檇 think they could last longer than for one night only?… shame. Very disappointed.

I鈥檓 very pleased with the leggings I got yesterday. I鈥檓 XS size and a lot of sport clothes I ordered through the different website fits loose and it鈥檚 makes it doesn鈥檛 looks nice on me.
Calzedonia pleasantly surprised me with the great quality stuff I got plus it鈥檚 fit nice and tight like it鈥檚 suppose to be. I was really surprised to see such a low company rating here. Not sure what kind of experience other customers had but I am going to order more clothes there just to see how their quality is going to be and will share my second opinion here again.

One item I ordered ripped in the first hour I wore it. Tried to contact the company – live chat doesn't work, the phone number never connects, and the email option won't allow you to fill out all the boxes, so it won't submit your email. Complete scam, good luck returning anything.

Awful experience. The tights ripped the first time i put them on, just before the Christmas party. I had to wear them like that as it was really cold. I went back to the store on Oxford street where i bought them from and told the lady there that Primark tights are better quality than their products and started pulling the pair of thights i had on. I was quite angry so i raised my voice and said that i鈥檝e been wearing and washing the Primark thights for a month and they just refuse to get torn apart. Nothing happened of course, as i chose to wear the tights with the holes in them (10cm in diameter holes) as they were on the tigh and my dress was long. Never again will i buy something from them. Poor poor quatily!

I ordered 2 stockings, and one of them ripped while I tried it on. (Size S, I usually buy XS or XXS so that's not the issue here).
They have got this weird policy which makes the customer unable to return opened products. Then how will you know how it looks and if it fits well?
I threw it in the garbage can and let's just hope the other one will last for the money I paid.
