Horrendous company, ordered a hoodie and received confirmation email, waited 3+ weeks and it never arrived. Emailed them multiple times but they still have never got back to me, thankfully I purchased it on my credit card and Barclays retrieved my money within a few days. Do NOT waste your time and money with this company.

My son ordered a sweatshirt early June and we have not received the sweatshirt. We have contacted them on numerous occasions requesting and update and refund. No response. I would discourage anyone from buying from this company.

Ordered for my son in the beginning of june. Shipping never came and they didn鈥檛 reply to my messages. I reported this to the police and also to my bank, and today I got the money back from my bank. They filed a card complaint and is now claiming the money from the company. Just a tip.

This store is known to not give their customers what they ordered. Norwegian goverment knows about them and has given them multiple fines (its a norwegian company). If you wanna buy something and test your luck, use either VISA or Mastercard as these will most likely get you a refund.

one star is too much, because bad service doesn't include being a scam. I ordered a hoodie two months ago, never got it, never got answers to several mails. Don't buy!!!

I ordered a hoodie on calvinthebear for over 5 weeks ago, and I haven't got a single delivery update!

This is fraude! Foreign customers don't get their merchandise or refunds. They do not respond to emails or messages.

I ordered 2 hoodies, a sweatshirt and a cap on 24th February coming to a total of 鈧?11 as I got the '50% off if you spend over 100' deal which is just another scam for you to give them as much money as possible without them ever sending their order.

I sent them countless messages on Instagram and they would just read and not reply. I eventually tried another tactic by commenting under their posts to warn others about this scam, they deleted my comments and then eventually blocked me on Instagram so I could not contact them further or warn others.

How on earth does any sort of company who state that they "are a group of young entrepreneurs, working together to create something different" do business like this.

They may never send me or countless others our orders but I for one will not stop until I either receive my order, a full refund or the 'business' is shut down.

I ordered a hoodie specifically with PayPal as was dubious from buying from an Instagram advert.

Got the order confirmation, and after the 3 working days passed without tracking details etc I contacted them via email – with no response.

I gave it another week, and again nothing. So I emailed them informing the company I would request a refund through PayPal if I do not receive anything within the next week. Not even 24 hours later I get tracking info and am informed of a import fee of around 拢30.

From reading comments on their Instagram posts and reviews on here it seems I am very lucky to have got my order.

The product itself seems fine and the quality is nothing amazing, reflecting back I dont feel it's worth 拢65.

My advice would be to pay using PayPal so you can request your money back if the worse happens.

Bought a T-shirt with a Calvin print. The print fell off the first time I washed the T-shirt eventuell though I followed the washing instructions. I have tried several times to contact the sails office in Oslo to get refundef but have not got any response at all.

I need to return a jumper for another size but the only way to contact them if via an email address. I have sent 9 emails and received nothing. Now I have gone over my returns policy an stuck with a item I can't wear.

Colour was NEON orange in stead of warm dark orange as on website .
Have tried to get return label. No reply at 3 emails or chat. Have returned sweater by registered post (鈧?1,_!!) Hoping to get reply and total refund. very bad service

Bad communication with customer service, no reply on returns! I wrote 3 times and only what I got was a standard mail to write an review! If they will not reply to my mail I never order anything and I will come with my LAWYER!
