I worked with Richard. I brought a seven year-old, top-of-the-line Dell All-in-one computer to him hoping he could quiet the machine down. After I was accused of using a hair dryer in my Zoom meetings (it was LOUD), I needed to either buy a new computer or spend the money fixing my beloved desktop. It was a costly machine in 2013 and I felt like it would be worth the go of having a technician look at it.

I was nervous, as kind of like taking a car to a mechanic, there is no guarantee you have beyond seeing a fixed product. Most people would just trash a seven year-old computer and buy brand new.

Richard spent the time talking to me, the time to get to know my machine and eventually fixed it without needing to replace any internals. He then proceeded to inform me of the details of my computer and gave me a future plan of how to keep it operating at full capacity.

He completed the job in less than 24 hours!!

If you have a machine that you're thinking about replacing, it would be more cost effective to take it here to see about getting it fixed instead of wasting money on something brand new when the old machine could keep working for a few more years.
