I have previously bought Calsci Screens from the UK intermediary, all good. This option isn't now available, you have to order from Mark at Calsci in Missouri, USA. I discussed what I needed with Mark, and I made 3 phone calls to the US before ordering. Mark said he would check which screen would fit my bike, and I took his advice. I had already ordered two alternative BMW brackets.
The delivered screen didn't fit my bike. I contacted Mark about it, he said he would look into it. I heard nothing from him over the next month despite making 3 international calls; he then knew my number and he wouldn't pick up. I have also emailed him again; no response.
It would be expensive to post the screen back to him and I don't think I would get a refund anyway, so I will give it to someone who thinks he may find a home for it.
This is clearly an appalling level of customer service. I strongly recommend you have nothing to do with his company.

The company is difficult to confess guilt. They try to sweep their mistakes away. This even though they have been presented to the irrevocable evidence by photo.
I ordered a windshield that should be 5.5" larger than the original when it came it was only 4" larger than the original.
in addition to the that, it turned out that the design gave scratches on the fairing.
They are yet to come up with a solution to the problem.
