What a joke this "government agency" is!!! After dealing with them on several issues, the only thing this "agency" is good for is collecting their "overpaid" paychecks. If you need quick answers or help with "where do I" recycling questions, don't contact these buffoons. Not only will you not get your questions answered, but every direction they send you just leads to dead ends.
Admittedly, I'm not a big fan of "government agencies", But if you want a example of "how not to be effective" feel free to call them!!!
