I'm really worried now, I order my boots on Dec 9 n today is Jan 4, still I don't have my boots, they promessed me they were going to ship them to Mexico (due to my vacation) and hey never did!! I'm still in Mexico and I return on Jan 11, they now asked me to give them my home address!!! AGAIN!! Ughh I really hate their costumer service!!!

This website sells Ugg boots for half the price with free shipping. What they don't tell you is your boots or being shipped from China which makes you suspect how authentic they are. Ordered my boots Dec 3rd and finally got them the 23rd (I see now why they don't have express delivery option.) Boots look real enough but doubt we will be ordering from them again. The long delivery times and the items being shipped from China instead of Australia are too much of a trade off for their low price.

I too ordered my boots for a Christmas gift on Dec.8th and have not received anything yet and its the 23rd!! I was given an email that they were shipped from Singapore with a tracking number….do any of you have this email as well?? I have a gut feeling that we have been scammed and should rally together to bring them down if this is the case!

I ordered ugg boots on December 2 and they took the money but still no boots. And it is the 20th of December. Getting worried…
