Waited 95 days and received nothing. Bunch of fake responses and never given a tracking number. Very evil people. Avoid. There鈥檚 no proof anyone has ever received it. You can find these on aliexpress.

This company is a scam and is hurting for money. I never had an auto renewal through Apple's APP Store, as I cancelled after receving the first years price. I sent a screenshot of my auto renewals to Calm proving I didn't have an auto Renewal, only to find they hit me twice for $59.99 on the same day 07/06/2020!!!

I've been using Calm for over 3 years now and don't know what I'd do without it. I use the meditations every morning before starting and end my day with some nature sounds to help me fall asleep. I really love the new-ish stretching videos they've added and use those fairly often too. Also, they give a giant discount on their yearly subscription about twice a year so keep an eye out for that. However, the full price is worth it!

Absolutely terrible company to work with, especially within their corporate side of the business.

We are a corporate business based in Manchester who enquired about purchasing 41 licences for our staff after seeing on media sites during Mental Health Week that the app priced at 拢26.99.

Once connected with a representative from CALM we found out that this wasn't correct. Overall the communication from that representative was appalling. We received two pieces of misinformation – firstly that the subscription could be revoked and secondly that the pricing was $59 when in fact it was $59.50.

This was all documented on email and forwarded to CALM and we have been given no resolution other than an apology for misinformation.

Please do thorough research before signing up to anything. Customer service has been absolutely appealing from the beginning. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I use the calm soundscapes to help me sleep daily. Integrated with Alexa easily and it has really helped living in a loud city.

I am finding this app very helpful, though slightly concerned about all the negative reviews! I don鈥檛 feel ripped off, but then I didn鈥檛 want to cancel after my free trail. No ads so far, it is on my phone so maybe different on a tablet? I am very positive about Calm, some of the stories are irritating but generally I think it鈥檚 good value for money, has lots of content that can be tailored to your requirements. I am in the UK and have basic membership. Thanks Calm, I think you鈥檙e great 馃憤

This app is amazing. Some people say it can鈥檛 believe you spend money every month on a calm app鈥?I say 鈥榟ow can be investing in yourself have a price on it! It is worth every penny. The masterclasses are incredible and totally changed my life. Tara is amazing and has such a wonderful way of bringing me back to Earth when it all gets too much. Thank you Tara for teaching me the miracle of being grateful. The happiness class is also great, and the power of rest. Thank you to all the creators of calm for putting this together. It has transformed my life and there is never a day I don鈥檛 use it.

I thought i was subscribing to calm radio… But this another company. The people a calm radio was great help… BUT after paying and money came out of account and can not get into my account at all. I can not get intouch with them anyway… No phone… Email. No way to contact to get in the account… To cancel… Nothing… I just want to at least get what i paid for. Can anyone help????

Total scam! The subscription letter, says that it is easy to cancel. A lie! A techie friend and I spent 3 hours and we could not figure out how to reverse the yearly subscription. I ended up going directly to their web site and sent an e-mail. If that does not work, then I will cancel the transaction through my credit card and block the vender.

Awful app! So expensive, and there is only one voice giving meditation lessons, it鈥檚 an incredibly annoying voice that grated me. I realized immediately that there were no other options – only this one voice to listen to! I immediately contacted them, within 24hrs of purchasing, and requested a refund. One month later I have still not heard a word back from them. Shocking. Don鈥檛 waste your money.

Don鈥檛 use the trial period . This is almost impossible to cancel and I tried for three days! Can鈥檛 contact anyone either. I used the app about 4 times in the thirty day trial and decided it wasn鈥檛 for me but I now have an annual subscription for which I was charged $69 – I live in the UK. To add insult to injury they emailed me during the trial period offering me 30% off and I ignored it because I didn鈥檛 want the subscription! If I had, I would hardly have gone for the more expensive option ! They deliberately hide info about how to cancel. Awful experience

I subscribed by mistake, they took my money without noticing, I claimed it and they refuse to refund. What scammers ! Please never download this app.

I just downloaded Calm and it was terrible. Every few seconds and I do mean seconds, very loud and intrusive ads would pop up that bordered on the obscene. One titled " Tat EM Up" and the other "Shave Em" which showed cartoon figures shaving pubic hair! Gross! It's a joke. I would advise that if you are seeking "calm" at this time, look to another app. Waste of time

The breathing exercises and sleep sounds on the free version of the app have been helpful, to be fair, but they put a lot of pressure on you to subscribe, and they are very coy about how much a subscription costs. After a protracted email correspondence (what part of "how much does it cost" don't they understand?) I finally got a price out of them – in US dollars. I'm in the UK.
Haven't tried the meditations yet, but if they involve the same corporate bs language as the emails I don't think I'll bother.
Update: while optimising my phone I noticed that this app takes up a much heftier chunk of storage space than most. Considering most of the content can't be accessed without forking out an unspecified subscription, it's a waste of space. Uninstalling.

TERRIBLE! The app works just fine, and is a great design, but the content is horrible and limited.
99% of the meditations are led by this woman, Tamara, who sounds like she's doing a Saturday Night Live parody of an air-freshener commercial… super fake and not at all relaxing or motivating.
Not worth the money!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Had a 30 day free trial and they billed me for a full year subscription after 7 days. Absolute scam. No phone number to contact them either.

THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL MY FREE SUBSCRIPTION. WHAT KIND OF CROOKED PEOPLE ARE THEY. THEY WILL HAVE MORE THAN ONE DISPUTE WITH CREDIT CARD COMPANIES.

It's a scam, they will rob you blind. NEVER subscribe to them, even the free trial; they will take money out of your account.

Being maried to the frauds thatmade this site, can make churches lie, deceive and ridicule whilst a wife would steal your children and deliberately try to get you to die, and Christian preachers that would try to get you to abort your children. They are all vile. Calm is a fake site by non care people only interested in exploiting the weak. Be safe, real help will arrive, the site is a joke, stay clear.

For all the ads you guys put on YouTube, you鈥檇 think that this app would be free considering y鈥檃ll have money to spend on ads. Total bs you guys charge up the butt to use this stupid fing app that a normal person will use once a month at most. F you

Since I started to use Calm I sleep much better and I fall asleep faster. I think Calm is worth its money.

I use calm on a daily basis and now I cannot imagine my life without this app.

It a scam. And its here in Android too. I was also ripped off and the ****** up thing is that Google also has a ****** up customer service.

This app does not care about users. I tried their app as a trial LAST YEAR.

On 2-3-2020 my card was charged even though I have unsubscribed last year. I wish I can upload the screen shot.

What an awful customer service. Here鈥檙e the events:

Nathan at Calm Inc from feedback at support Dot com responded to my email regarding a charge for 59.99.

He responded with:

鈥淭hanks for your message. After carefully reviewing your case, I鈥檝e determined that your purchase doesn't meet our conditions for a refund. We are usually able to accommodate refunds requests within 30 days of purchasing a yearly subscription and are not able to offer refunds beyond 30 days from the purchase date.鈥?br />

To which, I responded:

鈥淢y card got charged on Feb 3 2020, which is less than the 30 Days you mentioned. Please help refund my account. 鈥?br />

Keep in mind, he responds 1 email every 24 hours.

The next day at around 9:30pm PST, he responds with:

鈥?In order to locate your payment, please provide as many of the following details as you can:

Any alternate email addresses I can check for associated charges
Your receipt (If you don't have a receipt, please send an image of the charge on your bank statement)
The last 4 digits of the card that was charged and the card's expiration date鈥?br />

I immediately sent my details.

He then responds the next day with:

鈥淯nfortunately we can鈥檛 locate your account.鈥?br />

Does that mean you are charging my card without even documenting on your end who is unsubscribed or subscribed?? What is going on?

At this point I must write a review and share this terrible experience. Imagine a mindful app that is out to get profits from you. They do not care about users.

They only care about profits. Deleting this app.

I鈥檓 better off with Headspace app. At least those guys are honest and they can find your user profile just by sending an inquiry.

it is a pure scam . They asked you for your bank details and when you want to stop the trial period, they said you that there is no trial period with which you have subscribed. After that they took the money from your account.

You can complain to the federal trade commission website.
