They called me to inform me my computer was running slow and I had a large number errors and warnings on my computer, and it was about to crash. They said they had been contacted by Microsoft,and they could fix the problem. Ifoolishly agreed to pay them $499.99 to take care of it. I should have contacted you guys or AT&T to take care of the problem. don't know what I can do to get my money back,but I would like to hear any advice you can give me. e[email聽protected] Thanks Ed Henson

Unsolicited call and they sucked me right in. Was on the phone for 1+ hours. They showed me a list of over 500 errors/warnings – my computer had been running very slowly and I fell for it. They gave me a security # of 602302598779
