my fiance and I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Elantra from this dealer. Not only did the salesmen continually contact us, even after we had decided to not move forward, they lowered the payment for us. telling us they got it in our budget and approved. Then 2 days after we sign the agreement and take the car- they ask for our pay stub to get us financed! WHAT!? we aren't even financed!? at this point, we wanted to return the car and get our old 1989 Camry back – they said "too bad, we got you, you purchased a car. tough" and advised us it'd be $5000 to get our car back. NOT ONLY is this shady, but extremely rude. Car buying should be a good experience. Not an experience where you feel like you were completely taken advantage of. I considered purchasing a new car from them once mine was paid off- NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THEM! DILLON AND MARK ARE SHADY, RUDY AND LIARS! I've bought many cars and have NEVER had such a horrific experience. EW!
