I love the company, they used to have a goof professional technical support. But some time ago something happens, looks like they moved all tech calls to a call center or similar.
Ladies on the prone has no desire to help or understand, they just push you to read a support article

CallRail is a great tool and has the best support team of anyone we work with. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We don't run into actual issues with the platform itself, but anything we have encountered has been addressed and resolved quickly.

CallRail is an easy to use tool, which provides and effective way to plug data leaks from online marketing. Most advertisers don't realize how many people still prefer calling a business over submitting a form and may make hasty decisions to cut funds to a channel based on performance. With it's low price point for entry level businesses, this is a tool every company who cares about digital performance should be utilizing.

Their porting department is about 10% helpful. We got half of my phone numbers transferred and now for 3 months I'm stuck with skewed data in my business (the opposite of callrails vision), and paying both carriers to hold on to my numbers.
Most recently, I've been trying to get on a call with them for over a week (again) and after several emails, I hold 20 minutes today just to get disconnected. I really wish we never would have started a relationship with them and would have given callfire or marchex a try. ?

Call Rail does not work in Australia so don't bother signing up for their free 14 day trial. Their system isn't able to generate local numbers, contact customer support and they'll tell you there's a bug in their system which their engineers are working on… they've been working on it for 2 weeks now
