IF I COULD GIVE THEM A 0 STAR REVIEW, I WOULD!
I hope you read this and don't get scammed like me.
I ordered a calling card and they emailed me to say that they would call me, THEY NEVER DID!
I then tried to call the 24/7 customer service a few times within a few days which was ironically shut.
The next day i mysteriously had a fraud on my credit card for thousands of dollars, i haven't had fraud on that card for quite a few years.My advice is stay far away from this scamming company.

I have been a customer of Calling Card Plus for many years but do not need their service anymore. When I asked customer service to reimburse me for the amount that is still on the card (in this case $37.00) I was told that isn't possible. I needed to add an additional $10.00 and continue using the card.
They are thieves and liars. I notified the Attorney Generals Office. It's not because of the $37.00 but I will cause them as much trouble as I can. Dishonesty should be punished!

They are criminals, lairs, fraud and crooks. They took my money and will not give me my calling card. When you call they do not respond and if they do they are very rude, bunch of lairs and disrespectful. Please and please don't purchase any card from them. It a warning. They are criminals

I purchased a calling card in April 2019 and used most of my credit during my stay in the USA.
I went back in September and correctly my credit had dropped to ZERO.
I went online and recharged my cad with $10.
The credit never showed on my account. I contacted them by phone an they said they had a problem. Eventually the credit appeared on my account but during my 2 week stay I was NEVER able to call using the card.
I complained by phone but never received re-payment. Of course my credit is now ZERO once more.
I recommend using someone other than callingcards.com as their customer support is useless

I submitted my order and I didn't receive the email for the pin number. So I called them and waited very long for them to answer. She said she needed call me back. I mentioned that I needed update phone number. She hang up on me and didn't wait for me to ask if I can update phone number. What kind of company it is!!! I will delete my account and will never buy calling cards from them!

Placed an order for a new credit card. They took my credit card information. After that I got an email that somebody would call me back. Nobody did. I found a help phone number on their website. Tried calling it 3 times, every time there was a long music hold and they just dropped the call. Nobody ever answered. I tried to contact them through a form on their website. You CANNOT submit that form. It just stays on the screen. It is some kind of a fraudulent scheme to get your credit card information. I have to close and reissue my credit card now

I had a problem with my calling card and called the US customer service number. While I was on hold I looked up reviews and was depressed to see all the negative ones on this site. Then someone answered after 3 minutes and was very friendly, helpful and efficient. I don't usually post reviews but I was so pleased I decided to do it and give them 5 stars. (On the other hand the comment form on their website doesn't work — I entered lots of information and it all just disappeared into the ether.)

I bought SimpleCalls cards and made 5 short calls to Taiwan and realized that my balance on the card is way off. I called the support and found that there is a $.99 maintenance fee every 7 days. And the maintenance fee started a day after the purchase date. Also, they charged $.015 per minute instead of $.01 being advertised on the website.
Do your calculation before you purchase the card.

My complaint should scare everyone. I used this service 6 years ago. I have not used it at all since then. Today, I log onto my credit card account and there is a charge for their services. I have only had this card for 2 years. I've notified the credit card company, I've contacted their customer service. This is fraud.

I did not use their service! I called 2 months later – they said they would refund the money – they never did! I called again and they said that the system is not letting them process my $40 refund. This is a $#*! company and they were rude too – said her manager is out but I can call again if i want!

I tried to call customer service four times today and everytime i'm getting kicked off.
I wanted to upload my phone card and
the lady on the phone wanted me to use the website . I had to persuade to to do it over the phone with her, since I don't had my computer with me .
I asked her for a local phone number, which didn't work and and trying to call multiple times to get another one.
I gave up and found out, that
'Calling Card Plus' is fabulous. They do everything over the phone with and gave me the right card , which is perfect for my needs.
Calling Card.come seems to have only one person who takes on the phone calls and doesn't like to deal with you.

I used to buy their cards 10+ years ago before everyone started using Viber and WhatsApp. But even now I have a couple of older relatives abroad who don't have mobile phones. So I call them using CallingCards.com. My experience has always been great – never a problem. Easy to use, good rates, account center to manage and recharge your cards, etc. I call Latvia for 12 cents a minute. AT&T charged me $3 a minute and then called to offer a special rate of 99 cents. So AT&T gets an F and CallingCards.com get an A+.

I wouldnt dare give this company a star however the rating isnt allowed me to put 0! This company is a total scam from the way they set up their website to customer service! Im from Australia and i purchased a $20 card to call Samoa and my calls did not go through after dialing all the correct numbers but went through to a different language and cut off completely. I tried calling them numerous times on the number they gave me on receipt but completely put me on hold for 1 min then hang up. Contacted them via email and message options on their site but no reply or any confirmation email saying sent. Please please be vigilant this company is a scam they dont exist for whatever purpose they advertise…they will only get hold of your credit card number, take your money and run. Please spread the word this is a total SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I don't usually write reviews but i feel i have to tell others to stay away from this card. Its a ripe off. I bought this card online to call my parents in africa, and i had to dial the number several times without success. The most annoying part is they charge me each time i dail the number, even though the call never went through. I called customer service and they told me, i wasnt dialing the number right etc etc, but why charge me if am not dialing the number right. I will give this card a 0 if i can give a 0 stars!!!!.

I bought beyond Canada calling card but i had to call them every day cause they keep taking my minutes and they say they don't know why , and every time I call they give me less minutes they are a rip off terrible customer service…..STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Stay away from these clowns.
We bought the card. It did not work. Called Customer Lack-of-Service only to be told to try again tomorrow.
Tried and tried and tried and tried…to no avail.
Called Customer Lack-of-Service again only to be told to call another number.
Said to the one on the other end 'YOU CALL, we have wasted enough time. Time is money, refund the cost…triple.'
Garbage…Trash…Stinky…stay away!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Worked ok for about a year, and then last spring we started to experience issues. Tried customer service via email and phone and they were terrible and never fixed my problem. Took my business elsewhere and now can't get any money back from the account.

I purchased a calling card, received a mail sayin pin is to follow and nothing. They don鈥檛 answer the phone or reply to mails. I read that it said 12 hours until a PIN number is sent 🙂 that in itself is a bogus comment. How does this lying theiving website still operate after so many scam reviews? The picture of the building address looks just like a house

I have called in December to find out why the card I am paying for on a monthly basis is not working, I was told by calling card that they no longer have the product. (The card only worked for one month). I cancelled my service with them as they did not have a better product, however they are still charging me on a monthly basis (4 months later) for a product they NO LONGER OFFER!!!!
I have written to their *******@Callingcard numerious times and NO answer, I managed to get a hold of a Customer Service Staff memeber 1 time and SHE put the phone down on me!!
This is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY and I am trying to find out where they are located in order for me to complain to the Better Business Burea!!!

This is a scam; do NOT sign up for this company. I cancelled my account exactly according to their instructions and they keep billing my credit card, despite numerous emails for them to stop. They also never answer the phone; I am on hold every time 15+ minutes with no answer.

The quality of the calls are absolutely terrible! There are so much delays and cross talk on the line that carrying on a conversation is impossible! I don't see how they claim that they're 5 star rated, by whom? What a waste of money!

I haven't used the calling card yet, but here is what happened. When I placed the order, I was notified that I would be contacted by a representative. I received the call to confirm the security code on my card, then I received my calling card number via email, etc.

The next day, I start getting alerts from my credit card company about large purchases. So far, in two days, there are 5 suspicious pending charges on my account, totaling more than $3,000.

I used one of my business credit cards that is used infrequently. I'm not concerned, as my credit card company is good at resolving these issue. Still, it is no coincidence as the card is in my possession always and only used for some recurring payments and a very occasional purchase. This is too much of a coincidence. Avoid at all costs.
