This company https://www.callhelpsupport.com/ passes themselves off as an Amazon Support center, but I believe they are a scam company. In attempting to get some tech support for Amazon Video today, I did a web search and came up with this:
Amazon Prime Video Support +1-865-658-4006 -MCHelper www.callhelpsupport.com. So I called that company, thinking I was calling Amazon. They had me install a piece of software on my Mac that allowed them to access my computer using https://www.logmeinrescue.com/ and then started making changes to my computer system. The guy had full control of my computer, and was making changes right in front of my eyes. The tech that said "your computer has been hacked" and wanted $200 to fix it. I realized at this point that I was being scammed, so I hung up, disconnected the session, then uninstalled the software he had me download. Take a look at that website and read some of the copy: it's in very poor English and some of it doesn't make sense. I'm still not sure if he damaged my computer but I a reporting the company to every Scam service I can find. I am planning to report your site as well because from what I can tell, you're doing business with them.
