Another ridiculous system in the UK created to milk the consumer out of their money.

They are supposed to be a credit reference agency. I was forced to open an account with them earlier this year so that decisions could be made on who I am….? A year later and they still hold no information on me.

I had to do the same with Experian and Equifax… again a couple more opportunities to take more money from us. Both those reference agencies now have my file up to date with an excellent record. Only after I supplied them with all the right information and spent money to open the accounts.

Best part… when you call them out of hours… you can hear them chatting about how to handle the phone in the background. Very amateur.

HOW MANY REFERENCE AGENCIES DO WE HAVE TO SPEND MONEY WITH TO MAKE SURE OUR CREDIT FILE IS UP TO DATE!

Waste of time clicking on this. Am trying to understand my credit scores and this doesn't exist

i have never been on the website, i have never spoken to them but in January they some how taken 拢12 from my bank. i have emailed them many times but have had no response! NEVER USE THEM!! i will be taking legal actions!
