I booked online callas-taxi.at for a pick up service from Vienna airport at 9:30am. I received a call at 9:30am from a very angry man. He was shouting down the phone with a very aggressive attitude and complaining about where I was and that he has been waiting for me for more than an hour??? I explained to him that I had booked online for 9:30am and that my parents have been waiting for him for a while at the information point advised in callas website.

Ten minutes later he called me again and this time he was even more aggressive telling me that he couldn't contact my parents and that he had to move his car to another parking area. He said that he can't pick my parents up from the airport and they will have to go outside the airport and meet him in a different place.

I said to him, NO WAY! My parents are old and that it is their first time in the city, they don't speak the language, they have luggage with them and they cant walk to who knows where to find him. I asked him to come back to the airport and pick them up in the airport as arranged in the booking and to clearly show the sign with their names on. He replied that he threw the sign into the rubbish bin??? Then he put the phone down.

Some minutes later the driver contacted me again, he was extremely upset and screaming over the phone, asking where my parents are and what they look like. He finally met my parents and I heard him through my phone SHOUTING AT THEM!!!!!!

Two minutes later, my parents contacted me asking for the address because the driver didn't know where he was going?? seriously???? so why it is the address requested on the booking reservation?

To make matters worse, when they finally arrived at their hotel the taxi driver contacted me again asking for money??? I told him I have paid in advance through the booking system on the callas website, he argued back that he waited for more than an hour and that we have to pay for it. I said NO! my parents were there ON TIME waiting for him, there wasn't any delays and is not my fault if he arrives at 8:00am for a 9:30am booking.

Once again he was shouting at my parents, this time in the hotel lobby, making them feel really embarrassed. He managed to take money from the hotel receptionist by intimidating her and taking the Euro's from the receptionists pocket. The receptionist then had to deduct 15 Euros from my parents bank card.

I tried several times to contact Callas (+43660533 28 58) but no one picked up the phone. I've email them but I never received a reply.

This is the worse service I have had in my entire life. The driver was not punctual but was unprofessional and abusive, and we have been ripped off. We paid the full amount for this service (33 euros) plus extra 15 euros unfairly charged.

According to the booking information, the driver's name is Dejan. He contacted me from the mobile number +43 650 2522806 NEVER EVER ANSWER A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER, IT IS A SCAM!!!!!
