Took money from my bank without authorisation

They took 73.85 USD out of my bank in england and I dont even know who they are!!! I have written to them twice and they say I am not on their system…..but they have thieved money from my bank!!! Do they even exist?

Calladream: Truly awful company! Refuse to give a deserved refund to a mother to be with Cancer!

I ordered 拢157 of maternity summer clothes in June, over the course of 3 months three packages arrived with items that were way way too small. My mum who is size 10 couldn鈥檛 fit them! They were also extremely poor quality and many items came that weren鈥檛 as advertised, I.e, I ordered a dress and a top turned up! Also two items are still missing! It is now October and I have sent them no less than 15 emails to date literally begging for a refund and info on how to return the items. At first I received no response but after the 5th email I got a very poor response stating that they would give me a coupon of 拢15 to go towards my next purchase for the inconvenience! I explained to them that I somehow miraculously got pregnant after having cancer for 3 years and my husband and I were over the moon! Due to my illness however, we have very little to no money but my husband wanted me to treat myself on some nice clothes. I told them that this was my entire budget for maternity clothes and I was very excited to receive them in the post but was more than horrified when the first items arrived! Even though I have sent them 15 emails so far, they have never answered my questions! I am desperate for a refund. It is obviously very cold now but because of them I still only wear flip flops and I don鈥檛 have a coat because I can鈥檛 afford anything else! I am just devastated at their lack of care for their customers and that they are blatantly ignoring my pleas for a much needed refund! They won鈥檛 let me have any info on management or give me a phone number to call, and they won鈥檛 tell me their address! I feel thoroughly heartbroken that I鈥檝e been scammed and the stress has caused problems in my pregnancy, so much so that I spent a whole day in hospital!

No Refund Given After Items Returned

The 3 maternity clothing items I purchased for $60 were super cheap quality and not as advertised. It took over a month just to get Calladream to provide an address to return the items to. Their customer service kept trying to persuade me to just keep the items as they required the customer to pay for return shipping and it was "very expensive." When they finally provided the return address it was for a warehouse an hour away from me in Walnut, CA. So I paid the $7 postage to return the items. This was in July. It's now Sept and I have to continuously email them asking about my refund. They keep saying it's being processed and it's coming and giving me new time frames for the refund. It's never coming. They stole my $60 and I have no product to even show for it. I have at least 30 emails and instant messages from their Facebook page showing their deception and excuses.

Items never received and no refund given

Waited 4 months for a refund and after at least 20 emails and messages sent to them I鈥檝e pretty much determined they are not planning to refund my money for items that never shipped or send in a new dress (the one they mailed me was defective)

Never received a refund after items were returned; not responding to emails

I ordered two dresses and two pairs of shorts off of the website. After a large number of emails badgering them where my items were, I finally received them a month or so later. The two pairs of shorts were horrible in quality, so I emailed them and told them I would like to send them back. After multiple attempts of them trying to convince me to keep the shorts, they finally told me how I could send them back and receive my refund. I followed the rules on how to send them back and the tracking company said they were delivered. It鈥檚 been almost two months since they鈥檝e been delivered now and still no sign of my refund. I鈥檝e sent NUMEROUS emails inquiring about this and all of them have been ignored. Not gonna hold my breath getting my money back

SCAM!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM CALLADREAM!!!

I ordered a maternity bathing suit from this website about a month ago and still no tracking number, I emailed the email on their website and also messaged them directly over Instagram where I found the ad and no response, big surprise, super frustrated with this! Do not order ANYTHING off their website unless you want to lose your money and never receive your items!!!

Calladream is a SCAM!

鈥璗otal and utter SCAM! NO!! Absolutely do NOT order from them!!! I have never experienced such horrendous, unethical, unprofessional, and disorganized customer service and lack of resolution if by chance you need to return or exchange anything you are basically screwed and they will make it impossible for you to do so and waste heaps and heaps of your time in ineffective email exchanges where they clearly do not read or respond to your previous emails and is full on maddening of an experience! Not to mention the items took over a month to arrive to me (with no email confirmation or tracking), and more than half of the items ordered did not fit, were completely unflattering and not abt all as pictured, and super cheap looking quality and material. Never got half the items and never got a cent or coupon back from them! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I would hate another mom or anyone to have their time or money wasted and feathers as ruffled as mine were!!!

Never received order or refund

I have ordered and directly paid maternity clothes in April, untilnow I have not received the items, no money refund and nobody responds to my emails/messages in their customer center. I would never recommend this website for shopping! I consider it as they stole money from me.

Never received items and No refund after more than 4 Months

I ordered 2 dresses from Calladream on February 13th 2018 –

By April 4th I still had not received. I emailed asking for a refund. They replied with the following:

"If you placed an order with us between Feb 1st, 2018 and Mar 15th, 2018, your order maybe delayed due to the Chinese New Year public holiday. Rest assured that we will ship out all affected orders no lather than April 15th.
As a compensation for this delay, we will offer a $30 coupon for your next purchase. Kindly let us know by replying to this email once you have received your order.
If you no longer wish to wait for the order, please respond to this email by changing the email title to 鈥淩efund for order number (Mxxxx)鈥?
Should you have any question, please do not hesitate to let us know.

I did exactly as they directed replied with "REFUND for Order#: NO.M1945477" on April 5th

They replied again:
April 8th 2018
"Dear customer,
Your refund of request has been received. It usually takes 15-20 days for our financial department to deal with your refund. We will keep you informed when the refund is completed. Please wait patiently.

A MONTH later still no word or refund: I emailed and they replied with:

May 3rd 2018
"Sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
I have made your refund in emergency status and told our financial manager that your refund has been reported for a long time and should be finished in first priority.
Would you mind waiting more 10 days?
Hope you could kindly forgive and give one more chance to be service at you."

On May 23rd 2018 I emailed again with this response:

"Dear Customer,
Thanks for contacting us. Hope you are doing well.
Please accept my deepest sorry for inconvenience caused to you.
We did update your refund in emergency status and we told our financial manager that your refund has been reported for a long time and should be finished in first priority.
To be honest, our refund system is really so slow but we can sure we never scam anyone and refund you finally.
I will keep eyes on your refund and inform you once it finished, we do hope it will be finished on time, would you forgive us about this and give us more days?
A thousand thanks for your kindly understanding and patience."

It is now June 18th 2018 – They are no longer responding to emails – I can't find a phone number anywhere on the internet and still NO product or NO REFUND.

THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE! DO NOT TRUST THEM OR ORDER FROM THEM AND SHARE WITH FRIENDS!

Not refunding money for goods not delivered

Ordered maternity wear 6 weeks ago – initial email suggested out of stock items required reselection. Once reselected (not ideal) another 2 weeks went by and still no order. Customer service ensured it was busy and order would be shipped soon. 2 more weeks later more items not in stock. With limited time prior to not being pregnant anymore I asked for a refund. I have since asked for a refund 5 times via email and Facebook but no response. No refund. DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY by shopping with this company.

I never got what ordered and no refund

I ordered a maternity dress in March as of April the maternity dress did not come. When I asked where my dress was they said it would be backordered and that I would not get it for a few more weeks. I told them that I needed it that I was due in 2 weeks and then I would just like a refund. A week later they asked me if I still wanted to refund I replied yes. Another week later they asked me if I wanted a refund I replied yes. It is now June and I have yet to receive my refund.

No order and no refund.

I ordered maternity clothes from them. After a month a realized my baby would arrive before the clothes since when I emailed them they still hadn't even shipped my order. So I asked for a refund.. them told me 10-15 days.. I have been waiting over 2 months now… I keep emailing them and they keep giving me the ring around. Now they won't respond to my emails anymore.

Lack of correspondence, 1.5 Shipping Time, Products not as Advertised

Today, I finally received my partial order (since 1 out of 3 purchases was out of stock after I placed my order).
I remind you that I placed my order on April 25th, and today I receive it, June 6th. Over one month for a delivery that should have been here in 3-7 business days as advertised on your website.

Once I started corresponding with the initial lack of tracking number provided for my shipping, and your tardy replies to my email inquiries, I started becoming suspicious of your professionalism and your company. As I should have since your company and products are absolutely unacceptable. You have shown no concern for my threats in reporting your company online and now I know why, you have numerous SCAM reports already existing online, all from international customers complaining about the same things:
– lack of correspondence
– lack of professionalism
– delayed shipping
– missing refunds

Not to mention, I have waited all this time to receive products that are of poor value and quality. I realize I cannot expect much for such inexpensive prices, however your company promotes images of OTHER companies products and pawns them as its own. None of the products are as advertised. They are cheap garbage and absolutely inappropriate to be worn for the ceremonies they are intended for.

You take advantage of pregnant women that are already limited fashion-wise and on a budget, because if we could afford more expensive products we would have bought better purchases from proper companies to begin with. Shame on you.

I want to return my items but do not trust I will EVER see a refund.

This is exactly why most people do not trust shopping from online / social media ads. And this is exactly why people do not trust purchasing from the stereotypical Made in China market. Scams, poor quality, poor service, empty promises, no customer care, repeated fraudulent activity.

No refund !!!

I鈥檓 really upset! I ordered clothes for an amount of CA$268,53 but I canceled my order before the legal 24 hours. It鈥檚 totally my right to cancel my purchase and being refunded for free. It鈥檚 written on the website and it鈥檚 also the law of consumer protection!
Today, June 4th, 2 months after my cancellation, I鈥檓 still waiting for the refund! It鈥檚 UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!! I'm disgusted!

Not refunding unauthorized purchase

I made a small purchase with this company. When I received the order confirmation, I noticed I had been charged for items that I didn't even have in my cart. I emailed the company straight away to which they responded with an apology and advised I would be refunded ASAP. It's now been more than two months and I still have not received the refund. My emails have also stopped being responded to.

Credit Card Scam

I tried to order a swim suit and cover up from this site. I added the items to my bag but the payment would not process. I researched the site and saw numerous scam complaints. A short while later that same card was used at a Wal-Mart in a different state from me. I had to call the bank and close my account immediately due to fraud. The refund is pending.

No Merchandise, Cheap Merchandise

Ordered maternity clothes in February (3 shirts, 1 pants). $70 worth. It said shipping would be delayed 2 weeks due to Chinese New Year. Should have received my order by the first week of March at the latest. I got one shirt at the end of March. The material was awful and didn't fit. I kept it due to the hassle of returning it. I got the next two shirts in mid-April. By this time, I'd grown so they didn't fit. It's the end of May and still haven't received the pants. I'm due in 2 weeks. I emailed them and they said the pants were out of stock. Umm…ok, were you planning on telling anyone?? They offered me an exchange. No refund. So I guess I'll get my exchanged item in like another 3 months? This company is the worst.

No product delivered; lack of timely response

I ordered multiple items from this company on April 2, 2018. Their website indicated that orders are shipped out within 3-7 business days. I received no confirmation email from my order and had to contact THEM in order to get an update on my order. After many days of waiting for a reply, I was told my order was not ready yet, and then was told it finally "shipped" on April 20 (more than double the time indicated for processing). After being given my tracking number, it would not show up on the tracking webpage. After contacting them again, I was given a different tracking number on May 4, which also still has not updated on the tracking website. After contacting them again, their email on May 17 asked me to "wait" a few more days for the tracking website to update. Do not purchase anything from this company! I am now almost at the end of my pregnancy and these items will be of no use to me.

I placed an order 2 days already and still haven鈥檛 received any confirmation of purchase. I read the reviews they have very bad reviews, wished I read before purchased. I paid $115, they have no conscience, scamming pregnant, hard working women!!

Horrible Clothing, Little to no response for returns

I ordered a dress from this website for my baby shower. The dress took weeks to get to me and when it finally came it was awful. The material is material cheap Halloween costumes are made of and its cut made as if it was a costume as well. It fit or looks NOTHING like the pictures on the site. Its been 2 weeks now of me trying to return the item only to get barely any responses and when I do they are asking for something else like pictures of the item etc. They are making the return process difficult and an inconvenience so that you don't want to even bother anymore with returning it. They are taking peoples money the day the products are ordered and sending them cheap awful items weeks later after the customer complain. ITS ALL A SCAM. I want my money back.

No refund

I bought 3 items from this website, which said 3-5 business days to ship. It took 3 months to receive the absolute crap they call merchandise. I the.ln want to return this crap and they will not provide me with a return address. They are running a huge scam, it comes from China, it is nothing what your seeing online. The items shown online are screenshots from other websites and they try to make the same thing. Please do not be a victim of them!

Totally scan do not order from them

I ordered 拢70 worth of maternity clothes for a holiday and never received my order. They toke the money from my account and sent me an email saying items will be shipped within 3-7 days it鈥檚 2weeks later and I haven鈥檛 received anything. I have sent emails but no reply. My holiday is in a few days and now have to go and find new stuff. I doubt I will get a reply from them and sure I won鈥檛 get a refund. Don鈥檛 use this website it鈥檚 w big scam.
