The guy at the CTFN help desk was remarkable in helping to resolve an issue with Norton Antivirus. He worked diligently for hours and hours until the situation was resolved and my computer was cleaned up! Thanks for being courteous and patient with my system. Looking forward to more computer help as needed in the future.
