Bad customer service. They were rude when I call. Once there was lady on phone who never listen what I said. Instead of trying to solve problem she just speak. It is suppose that you have to listen first.

I'm super happy with Callme. it is common sense telecommunications company. it is cheap and good coverage most places, and especially the places where you need it. really good deals on new mobiles. I have been a customer of this company for ten years. Love it鉂わ笍

Two months ago call me forced to have a free Sim-card and subscription for one month. But I did not really want that and If I satisfied with the subscription I will call them to buy. After one month I called them to cancel it but they avoided. Now they sent me a bill to pay. Sham on you 鈥渃all me鈥?that make money with cheating people.

Worst customer service ever!

I reported my phone stolen back in November 2019 and they continued to take money out of my account. I stopped the direct debit due to this.
CallMe has sent me additional bills for late fees paid.

I have emailed the company and have been told that since I haven't handed in my notice (on a stolen phone!!!) I will have to keep paying the bills. They have threatened to pursue this, so I have had to pay a bill today for 328 kroner.

CallMe has deleted my info regarding phone use i.e NONE since last year 2019 and I can now only access statements.
I no longer live in Denmark.

I'm callme customer for last 5 years, callme became the worst company in DK. Customer services are unprofessional and always there's error in system.
I ordered items with installments agreement over 24 months, but I surprised with new agreement, and took the whole amount from my bank account.
Customer service said it's my fault!!!!! how could be my fault when I choosed installment agreement over 24 months when I checked out?!! and also I choosed to pay by BBS every month.
Why you don't admitted that's your mistake and try to fix it rather than make your customers unsatisfied and in the end you get bad reviews? This is the second time I have a VERY BAD experience with you guys.
Callme became hopeless telecommunication company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CALLME ANYMORE.

Cheater company
I have used 57,33 GB of my 60 GB my subscription but they suddenly set my speed to 128 kb/s and when you try to contact them it took more than an hour waiting time . It鈥檚 most treble servicing and callme is the most annoying and worst telecommunication company EVER.
I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMENDED.

A day After company鈥檚 answer I have checked it again but it shows that i still have used 57,33 GB out of my 60 GB subscription which means that i still have 2.67GB. My data will be recharge again tomorrow but what happened to rest of this mount鈥檚 data (2.67 GB).???????
This is obviously cheating.

So up until now I had a generally good experience with Callme. However, recently I have decided to order 2 new iPhones with an option to pay over 24month period. When I finished the order, there was a mistake in their system and they took the full amount of money from my account with no chance to fix the mistake (called several times to try to work it out). I was left with an option to send the phones back and order again. So I did that directly. They have received the phones and once I contacted them to make sure, I was told that I am going to receive my money back latest today (1 week from the day they received the phones back). I have not received nothing today and when I called I was told they are again having problem with their system… Also, during the call I was put on hold and my call was dropped right after waiting.
I think this is very unprofessional and the whole situation is putting me in an uncomfortable situation financially, while the fault is clearly on Callme side.

I hope it will be fixed soon and never happen again!

So far very satisfied with the company. Bought 2 phones from them and few months ago switched from 3 to call me, for price and internet data combination. No problems so far at all.

I have ordered a phone and it was cancelled and after a month I received a bill to pay and I have no idea about that and the thing is they send the bill to Sergel and the amount is double that I need to pay there. For the students like me paying a lot of tuition fee and this sorts its difficult to catch up and they even dont provide me with the details like where they delievered, what was the Email and phone number they use .They refer to someone who misused my ID.

Got flagged down by a facer, and decided to go for a good offer at 100kr/month, and assured that the payment system was set up.
Queue next month I get a message that I have an unpaid bill of 140, they went ahead and added a lavish 40% increase for the great service of being able to pay my bill.
I paid it and set up the payment service, which I was assured was already set up. Next month I get the same freaking bill of 140, so I call and complain. After waiting for 20 minutes for a rep, and I complain about the extra fees and not working payment service, he tells me that there was an error in the payment service and that it's fixed not, and after a bit of persuasion he offers to strike next months bill to make up for the fees and the mistake on their part.

This month I get a bill of 209kr, and see that he had removed 149kr from the bill, but this was before they added another fee, so the equation came out (99kr-148kr = -49) after which they added a "payment fee" of 100kr and and "Administration fee" of 10kr, which somehow added up to a total of 209.. That is some fucky math if I have ever seen it, and since I was not in the mood for another 20 minutes for a rep, I decided to switch to another company, life is too short for this.

Enough is enough. Callme service have dramatically decline from expected to acceptable to lousy. Their app and website often can鈥檛 be used like seeing or adjust your subscription.

When you finally get in contact with Callme whenever their customer service is available. Forget any weekend service and Callme鈥檚 chat robot give you the spin around. A waste of time.

Callme advertise with competitive cellphone subscriptions, but can鈥檛 deliver what Callme promise. You will sooner or later end up with irregular cellphone bills or a shut down out going cellphone connection.

I bought two phones,
first mobile: got soon but with no sim card.ask customer service and they asked to pick one from Telica shop. if we have to pick it up from shop so why we buy it online on first place.

2nd mobile: .. still waiting after 9 days 🙁
I contacted customer service and they said its out of stock. my question is if its out of stock then why you put it on your website too so that we dont waste our and your time on buying and then contacting callme again and again, asking for it.

I moved from another company to Call Me hoping that will better but I was wrong, Call me is even worst. My job depends % 100 of my phone and for some reason, I cannot make call or either receive messages. I call 3 times so they can check what is the problem and the 3 times they promised me that it will work after 15 minutes. After hours of waiting still nothing. I think its very simple just ti say the truth, not saying something that is not going to happen. I lost a lot clients for this reason and of course money. I don't think Callme will assume this costs at all. SO BAD.
Besides this, before I travel for 2 months I asked Call Me to put my subscription on hold, i even got an email about that. After arriving from my vacations i could see that Call Me still was charging me the same as if I wouldn't change the subscription. I can only think how many other people there are with the same problem, and how many others they don't even know that they are charging more money that they should. For this reason and others I am moving again to another company.
