I cannot recommend this store less. Their customer support staff, while kind, provide very little help. I ordered a pair of shoes 3 days ago and today was told my order was cancelled. They offered free shipping, and when pushed (I had to contact them through their website), I was offered a 20% discount. However, as I look to make another purchase, it would qualify for free shipping and the 20% discount mostly covers tax, which means I barely get a discount on the actual product. This is ridiculous – H&M gives you a 25% discount just for signing up for their newsletter, and this is the best Call it Spring can do? Ridiculous. Is this store just selling products marked as "Sale" without actually having them in stock? It seems like a possibility. Will NEVER shop here again. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment.

I ordered sandals on June 6th. Got one pair over a month later. I didn't even get a tracking order at first. When I finally did it's because I harassed them via email to give me one. No one answers by email or phone. They take your money but dont send you your merchandise. The are thieves. It has been a month and a half. I sent over 12 emails the responded twice. Once with a tracking order finally and once with some standard BS we appreciate your patience speel. The result is the promised refund. My sandals never came. Waiste of time and money. Horrible unexceptable service.

I鈥檝e been waiting for almost two months for an order and have contacted the store many times and get told to wait another week each time. I finally contacted head office and Spoke someone named zeineb. I was told to wait another week and if my order still had not moved she would personally refund my order. After a week there was still no change. I responded to the email and politely asked for my money back and I got no response. It鈥檚 been 3 weeks , I鈥檝e responded week after week with absolutely no response. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I will not be buying from their online store again. It took over a month for my shipment to even leave their warehouse. I contacted them multiple times and was told that "it should be leaving the warehouse soon". When I finally did receive my package over a month later, I was missing a pair of shoes that I ordered. I contacted them to have the shoes shipped to me again, but only received a refund. Unbelievable service and company. As badly as I want those missing shoes, I will not be buying from here again due to the frustration and poor service.

DO NOT SHOP. The worst customer service I have received. You can鈥檛 get a hold of customer service via any of the methods they give you. When you email them they give a non-descript repeated answer: 鈥淓mail us again in a week if nothing has changed鈥? My order of two items was shipped separately and nearly two months late. And the tracking then states that it arrived within 10 days, when in fact, it was nearly two whole months getting out of the facility.
By the the time my order arrived I had already purchased something elsewhere and I will be returning the Call it Spring order.

I have been waiting almost a month for my order, and it hasn't even shipped yet. The customer service team is extremely unhelpful, and won't issue a refund or offer any other solution. This will definitely be my LAST shopping experience with them, and I would caution anyone from placing an online order with them.

I am sure this review will get lost in the outrage against this company but I would caution anyone from buying their products. After waiting over a month for the shoes to still not be picked up from the warehouse, to not even be shipped yet, they refuse to help. I have been in contact with them 3 times and they change their policy every time to avoid helping. They will hang up on you, and hide behind "policy implemented this morning" to avoid helping you, EACH TIME!
All I want is a refund. They still have the shoes in the warehouse, how hard can that be? These low quality shoes aren't worth the hassle.
I will go out of my way to not buy their products and will recommend everyone I can to do the same.

I鈥檓 not the type to post review, but THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!. I literally placed a order at the beginning of May and it鈥檚 July 17 and nothing. I even got my Ali express orders before them. I don鈥檛 know what鈥檚 going on. I keep calling them I wait 2-3 hours but as soon as I get to the 3 hour mark it hangs up. I will never in my life shop with this company ever. I wish I could give negative stars. This is actually ridiculous. They don鈥檛 even send a email stating that there will be a delay or even offer something to us customers I tried returning but the lady told me to wait until next week because they鈥檙e supposedly 鈥?shipping鈥?everything next week. I鈥檒l wait one more week but after that I鈥檓 cancelling and getting my money back. I DONT RECOMMEND SHOPPING WITH THEM AT ALL. But if u need something quick go to the store don鈥檛 do online!

I ordered a purse at the beginning of May, it had no update until I got a shipping confirmation on May 15th. I continuously checked it daily to see if it updated but I never got any addition information about my package at ALL, I tried calling the help phone number and never got an answer after 30 minutes on waiting to talk to someone. Today, I finally got ahold of chat support and they told me my packaged had been lost. Was nobody going to let me be aware of this? Terrible terrible service, I was really looking forward to that purse.

Placed an order for 1 purse back on May 4, received an email stating it would be delivered before or on May 22nd. May 25 I thought I would try to talk to someone for an update as still no delivery and was told it would 鈥減robably be another 10 business days鈥? It is now June 3rd and my package has not even been shipped STILL. 1 month later and not even shipped? Give me a break.
Don鈥檛 even waste your time or money unless you want to wait over a month.

I am going stay neutral, I personally never bought anything from Call It Spring until May 9th 2020 because of their sizing, they rarely carries size 5. I have heard both good and bad things about this company so I was a bit worried. Especially the 2 pair of sandals that I wanted was low in stock, I didn't know if they were able to fulfil my orders. I finally received an email that 1 of them were shipped on May 13th then I panic a little, but my other pair was later sent out on May 19th. I never contacted customer service because I figure they were probably busy with all the covid delays and I figure if anything, they would've sent out an email to let me know the product was out of stock.

Overall, the quality seems okay, definitely not the best but I usually go through a pair of sandals every season of two so $30/ pair didn't seem outrageous to me (on top with another 20% because of first purchse). I think it depends on what you want, If you're looking for great qualities that will last, this brand probably isn't fot you. Maybe after this season of trying them out, my opinion will change..

First of all, Your call never connects If it done its an aromatic system from which you can barely get your answer. And when you request to chat online you will always be #15 in line and it will take ages to get to #1, by then you loose your patience or it starts saying try again. POOR!!

Bought this brand on a Falabella store in Argentina. The shoes don't have a month and it are falling into pieces. Terrible product, almost a scam. Now I'm out of the country and I can't return it.

I like their shoes, but the delivery system is HORRIBLE! I placed 2 orders for 5 to 10 business day delivery. My orders are "in transit" for 3 weeks past the deadline, and they keep saying I'll receive them "today"… Horrible…

Ordered 5 pairs of dress shoes on the Call It Spring site, where were on sale. After I placed my order, and waited for a full week, I was told that 3/5 shoes cannot be delivered due to their inventory issues… Which is confusing cause on the website it still says they have shoes in stock…

I bought a pair of boots in Montr茅al, they were great at first but after a couple of weeks the zipper broke and ever since, I try to send them back but 芦聽silence聽禄 no more good customer service, only a false tracking number from UPS for the return. And do not try to call there, the line will cut and they will put you on hold forever or until you get tired. Terrible customer service.

I got scammed. When I asked for my size in shoes, the salesperson put a pair of insoles on the top of the box with no explaination, leading me to believe the insoles were complimentary if I bought the shoes. I also thought the shoes were 30% off because of the large sign beside them saying "30% off", not seeing the fine print which said "select items". The line was long and there was only one cashier, every purchase seemed to take forever. When I finally got to the front, I asked about the 30% off deal because I paid much more than the regular price. The clerk said that wasn't applicable, which I guess was my fault. However, I paid almost $100 for $80 fake leather shoes, but since I'm a kid I figured it was just a hefty amount of tax. However, my friends pointed out a sales person telling a customer that the insoles were $11 dollars, which nobody ever told me when the insoles were placed on my box without me asking for or wanting them. However, I remembered the cashier telling me I could get a second pair of shoes for 70% off without further explaination, so I figured I'd go back in line to buy another pair to compensate for the first and get a refund for the insoles I didn't ask for. The line was even longer, and once again, every order seemed to take 15 minutes. When I finally got to the front to buy my second pair (my first pair having been bought just a couple minutes ago) and to get a refund for my insoles, I was told that they weren't accepting refunds and that I had to have bought my second pair at the same time I bought my first pair, even though they were only a couple minutes apart. Even after I explained my situation in how the insoles were on my box and I never wanted them or was told I had to pay for them, the manager declined and the cashier told me I could refund my insoles in a couple WEEKS. The store location is far from my house and I thought it was absurd I would have to come all the way back in a couple WEEKS just to get a refund for the insoles that I NEVER asked for. However, the reciept stated refunds were guaranteed within 60 days of purchase, and the site said refunds would be available after the 26th and 27th, so if I can't return them tomorrow I don't know what to say about this company. Cheaply made shoes, high prices and shameless scamming. They should Call It Scamming.
