I'm really happy about their service. I've ordered a pair of Reebok Instapumps on July 3rd and the parcel arrived today on 13th of July. Considering all the Covid-19 Pandemic related shipping problems across Europe, and that my package had to travel from Sweden all the way to Romania, I'm really glad that the shoes arrived in a working week's time. The box was not beat up and the size was on spot. At first after reading some reviews I was a bit fearful that maybe some problems will come up, but that was not the case. I've even written the support team a message to be sure that they send me the right pair, and they responded in a really polite manner, shoutout to Zahra.

But everything perfect. It tooks four days to come to Mallorca. And the item was perfect. Exactly what I've oredered. And of course the better price I had found. Very happy , I can recomend Caliroots馃槝

They sent me an item. It never arrived, tracking says the box was damaged. After reading other reviews on here it seems it鈥檚 a common theme. They post your item in the flimsiest of boxes.

Messaged them in a cordial manner asking for updates. But still, even weeks later nobody from Caliroots has replied to offer me a refund or replacement.

Have been chasing them for weeks and keep getting generic copy and paste replies.

Incredibly frustrating. They just don鈥檛 care. Shouldn鈥檛 even be in business judging by how many upset people there are on here. It鈥檚 amazing that they are able to attract high-end brands such as Visvim etc, when they clearly can鈥檛 even get the basics right. Utterly baffling.

Shop elsewhere people, even if it costs a couple of quid more, at least you鈥檒l get your item, and you won鈥檛 be pulling your hair out.

Truly awful service throughout. Denied even receiving an item tracked back to them, No refund given, No reason.Criminal in their refusal to abide by their refund terms and conditions but quite happy to make sure you do. Honestly do not buy from these people you will regret it. They lie, lie and lie again. They refuse to acknowledge you wish to formalise a complaint and hide behind the fact that because they are in Sweden they can get away with anything they like. Who on earth in this day and age deducts 30% of your refund for rteurning the item in a decent cardboard box instead of a tissue paper one. Moa in "Customer Services" is a bare faced liar who does nothing to help you what soever and just tells lies. As liars are always found out, so she was too when Hermes got involved to say "You bloody well did get that parcel, and if you say otherwise again we'll sue your arse" that shut the sad muppet up. They came from Sweden didn't they or was it just the chef? either way that is the sort of srvice you will get. Trust Advisor reviews have 62% at 1 star. Not great is it?

An online store incapable of telling the truth. They send you something in the feeblest box imaginable and when you want to return it they deduct 30% of your refund for having the decency to return it in a decent box or it wouldn't get there.
They then denied receipt of a tracked item?! to their front door? where they signed for it?
They then disputed this for 3 weeks and said Hermes hadn't delivered it.
They then charged a 30% "admin fee" presumably for managing to lose their box then fail to find it again?
A month later I have received nothing in the form of a refund whatsoever which is in clear breach of their terms and conditions and therefore European Law.
A total shower of rubbish that should not only not be allowed to trade but the senior staff overseeing this should be in prison.

There is always something out of stock. It鈥檚 amazing how they are not able update the stock figures on their site. Don鈥檛 get your hopes up on actually getting your order from caliroots.

The shop is nice and all. Shipping is fast.. But pray that you don't have to return stuff! The return department is hopeless! The say they need 14 bank days to handle returns and the another 5 days to make your return payment which seems hopeless when other ships can do the same within less then a week. Regardless of the nice sales and brands its surely the last time I order anything from caliroots… At least until the get a new return policy.

Bought pair of sneakers, and cancelled the order via phone call before they had sent the order. They double charged me and refuse to return my money.

Its CEO is Andreas Koschnike and Kinnevik is their main investor. You should contact both if you have been scammed by this company:

They charge you minimum 30鈧?if you don't pick up the order from the UPS access point. At the same time their order process is very complicated and they incentivize you to select pick up from UPS access point. A coincidence? I don't think so.

This company has picked the wrong business model. SCAM

Really bad company. First of all returns cost and Instruction for returns written in very bad way and you will end up paying a lot just to be able to return the goods that you don鈥檛 want to buy.

Steer away from this company, there鈥檚 many others who understand how the business should done.

Also wouldnt recommend buying from them. Had the same issues as everyone i.e products I ordered suddenly no longer in stock, no information about shipping received etc…

Customer service is basically non-existent at Caliroots. I also had an issue with my invoice on top of everything.
I ordered a bunch of stuff using one of their promo codes for 30% off. The code shows up in my invoice under each item. So it was obviously applied, but the prices for the products I bought did not change. (The originial prices stay the same, there is no 30% reduction. It always says 0鈧?in the line where the 30% reduction code is listed) Tried explaining this to customer service but I always get the same standadized replys.

Definitely my last time buying from them!

The Lucky Winner for Nike SB Low Dunk. Yes…at 9 am was the moment the lucky one can buy ! And then….after 10 min trying thrown out of the system. Tried untill 10 am..then a message SOLD OUT !!! It's been 19 workdays since they received my return package and the customer service, when it answers my mails, keeps on telling me to wait 14 opening days… Total nightmare.
Never again will I order from those crooks!

I ordered from caliroots few times, and I have to say I had problem only once. Everyone is letting down the customer service, but that was fine by my opinion – yes, everytime they send back immediately email with swedish text, but after few days they'll respond you in english. When I was sending the product back, they told me, I was supposed to sent a picture of particular damage of the package, which was not stated on the internet and returning form, which comes with original package, so I was afraid they won't accept the return. Eventually they sent me all my money back. Also it takes some time to get your money back, but in the end you will have your refund. At last, I recommend asking the customer service about returning, when there is some problem with package and it will go well.

Well, that's definitely a company that a wise person should avoid.

Support is unresponsive.

You can't cancel the order even if you've ordered minutes ago.

They send you an email in Swedish with a not working code to check your shipment.

They blabber something about GDPR and Swedish laws that they are not able to cancel the order nor change shipping details.

Products are well priced and a good selection, however the returns take way too long. I don't really know why I'm writing a review as this is will just be a drop in the ocean of negative reviews for Caliroots' returns system, however this is borderline ridiculous.

The tracking on my return says that the package was received at the start of the new year. I even spoke to an associate at Caliroots to verify whether they had received it, as I wanted to ensure they had it for peace of mind. It is almost 2 weeks after they have received the parcel and yet it has still not been opened. I understand it is in their documentation that it may take up to 14 days to open the parcel, but struggle to understand why? What are they doing all day? Sitting around eating Anna's Orange Thins?

It would likely be quicker for me to post myself to Sweden, open the return myself and then hop back in the post. I could even do a couple of days sightseeing and pick up a Dalah盲st while I'm at it.

Bottom line; If you're going to return a box to Caliroots, poke some holes in it so that thing can breathe, because it's gonna be there for a while.
