Ordered a sample of face cream, was billed $4.95. Later I was billed $98.75 for the same sample. I was not aware of this. The product made my skin break out. I called and told them this and they said they would take the charge off. They never did so I called again and spoke with a "manager'. She would not listen to me and verbally bulldozed me. I called back and asker for the headquarters name and location and she told me that she did not have to give me that information. I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully in my life. She just kept saying the same thing over and over and then she hung up on me. I was upset for hours.

I ordered a sample for $4.95, I used it and my skin broke out. They charged me an additional $98.99 about 2 weeks later and said that I did not contact them before 14 days. I was not aware of this or I definitely would have called them, They agreed to remove the charge. They never did so I called again and I tried to talk to them and the manager just kept repeating the same thing over and over and would not let me explain about my skin problem. I called back and asked for corporate headquarters and she told me she was headquarters and she stated that she did not have to give me the company name and address and the hung up on me, I was stunned at the treatment I received and was visibly shaken it was so rude and abusive the way she treated me. I wanted the main headquarters to report the treatment I had to endure and to request a refund to someone other than her. She was rude and obstructed me in any way she could. She should definitely be fired, I am just sick.
