Refuse to accept return for damaged products
It was a Christmas gift, order was shipped on 12/14/2020 and arrived on 01/02/2021.
The shipping box was fine, when I open the package, the box of the product was violently torn, seems like it was a returned product.
The bottom of the product was cracked and some plastic corners of the hotpot-grill was chipped.

I requested return politely, but they kept saying that they never received return and i am the only one who had the problem ( I kinda know why they never received return, because they don't accept requests).

The case is not saved yet, i just wanna share my experience and help other people stay away from problems.
