Chandra Taft, is EXCEPTIONAL. On the busiest day of this month- Chandra expedited my new flood policy within a 8 hr turn around. Received a great insurance rate versus my previous flood policy. $700 less the first year and $900 there after. Replacing my premium of $1,800 annually. Please ask for a quote.

The only thing I found weird is their use of automatically applying your responses to a 'survey' to Google Ratings. It is really poor form to have a survey performed by the same person who provided you service. It renders survey responses invalid.

I spoke with Sherie Brackpool while dealing with California Flood Insurance. She was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I asked A LOT of questions and she answered them all. I ended up NOT needing to be insured due to living in the "X" flood zone. Even after finding that out she took the time to take a couple more of my phone calls and help me as quickly and efficiently as she could. I truly appreciated her hard work and kindness. If I were to need Flood Insurance in the future, she will for sure be the first person I call.
